Quelques premiÚres semaines d'été encore disponibles!

Ce quatre chambres à coucher, la maison à deux bains dans le prestigieux Point Dollar sur la rive nord du lac Tahoe est un endroit fantastique pour les familles et les groupes. Cette maison est à cÎté de la piscine et du tennis club de Dollar Point et est l'une des rares maisons Tahoe avec une arriÚre-cour clÎturée. Le jardin est entiÚrement aménagé et dispose d'une pelouse d'herbe énorme complÚte avec balançoires bébé / enfant en bas ùge. Il a également une grande terrasse avec barbecue, bain à remous et table à manger pour le divertissement extérieur. La maison est également entiÚrement équipée pour les bébés et les jeunes enfants avec une chaise haute, des balançoires et un port-a-berceau.

Que vous soyez une famille ou un groupe d'adultes, cette maison a pour tous les goĂ»ts. Cette belle maison a un plan de vie ouvert avec une salle Ă  manger attenante Ă  la cuisine et le salon. La cuisine est grande et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©, prĂȘt Ă  prĂ©parer un repas gastronomique. Un foyer au bois ouverte en fait une retraite d'hiver douillet.

En Ă©tĂ©, vous avez accĂšs Ă  toutes les commoditĂ©s y compris Dollar Point piscine chauffĂ©e, courts de tennis, et une plage privĂ©e. Une piste cyclable vous mĂšne directement dans Tahoe City, Ă  seulement 2 miles. En hiver, vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement quelques minutes des stations de classe mondiale de ski y compris Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, et Northstar. La maison est facilement accessible en hiver ... Parking, accĂšs facile depuis l'autoroute, pas 4WD nĂ©cessaire. Profitez proximitĂ© Tahoe City pour les restaurants et boutiques.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Great neighborhood! Our dog loved playing in the snowy bike path across the street. Very comfortable home with everything we needed, fully stocked kitchen! We loved the backyard. Would love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at this Lake Tahoe house. While the home is small, it is incredibly comfortable and laid out perfectly for a relaxing getaway.The absolute highlight for us was the fantastic fenced-in backyard! It was a secure and happy space where our dogs could safely play, which made a huge difference to our trip.Overall, a great, cozy spot for those traveling with pets. Highly recommend!

Perfect for our family and pet. Back yard is a highlight for the kids and dog with swings and room to run. Hot tub was enjoyed by the adults. Cozy stay in Tahoe city!

We had a wonderful stay in Dollar Point. Very convenient to downtown Tahoe City and walking distance from Tahoe XC for skiing. Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking, beds were comfortable, house was very clean. We had fun playing in the backyard in the snow and enjoyed the hot tub as well!

Great house for people and Dogs.

We enjoyed our stay here, the house is extremely well stocked. You won't have to worry about having enough towels here. The kitchen is also very well stocked for all your cooking needs. The back yard is very large and great for dogs, plenty of room to run around without worrying about them getting out. Would definitely stay here again.

Just What We Needed

We thoroughly enjoyed our days in the backyard in the warmth and sun. It was perfectly located across the street from the forest with a path that you could walk along for any length of time. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which is just what we needed. The home is a little older but has everything you need to be comfortable. The hosts care about the property and the visitors who stay there. Thank You!

Great Family time

It was wonderful - 3 had 3 houses in the area rented - all walking distance to each other. This yard was fantastic so most came to us for dinner 👍 Only bummer was not being able to use pool and local beach - but we went other places Great home and host!!!

Tahoe retreat

We were here for a very hot week over July 4th. The heat was our biggest challenge. The large fenced in backyard was a life saver. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would want to prepare and serve meals. The location is perfect, close to Tahoe City and 15 minutes from Kings Beach. There were a few minor issues which the owner is having addressed.

Accommodating and Relaxing Stay

Everything went so smoothly with our stay here. The property was perfect for my two small dogs and family. The location is great! Right between Tahoe City and Kings Beach, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. A state beach is nearby with trails too. The backyard was the best feature! It’s huge. The grounds are kept up so well and we enjoyed nights outside surrounded by the trees. The host is on top of every instruction you need once you check in and nothing went wrong at all. The kitchen and bathrooms are stocked up with every essential you can think of. The house really had it all. It was clean and relaxing. Honestly we loved everything about staying here. Only thing that was a little challenging was that it was hot during the days we were there and there is no AC. I realize though that most of Tahoe doesn’t have AC units, but it would make for an even more comfortable stay. Not all the windows had screens either and we didn’t want to allow the bugs to get in. But that’s really it. We already have talked about wanting to stay in the future. Thank you so much for your accommodations and for being so thorough about all of the house features. We enjoyed ourselves very much! Internet and TV worked great too! The hot tub and bbq were a bonus for us!

Wonderful Home!

We had a lovely stay and it was beyond expectations. We always bring our own stuff when renting homes, but with this place we didn't need to. Everything you would need is provided! It even felt as if we were at our own cabin or a close friends. Great location, quiet neighborhood. The backyard felt like being at your own park! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Holiday Celebration

Holiday snow trip for our kids and grandkids. First time staying in Tahoe City and did not disappoint. The comfort of this home along with the location made it a memorable trip for us all. Plenty of room for cooking and dining together, cuddling up by the fire to watch movies and play games. The grandkids experienced their first snow and sledding at Granlibakken just like their parents did when we took them as kids and just 10 minutes away! Definitely recommend.

Easy to relax

This house worked well for our family group. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the lovely fenced backyard was so enjoyable for the adults and toddler in the afternoons.

Dollar Point vacation

We enjoyed our family vacation. The location was perfect and easy to get to. Loved the huge backyard where we set up lots of outdoor games to play and hung a hamock between the two beautiful trees. After long days on the boat, hiking and shopping, we came back to a nice hot tub soak. Well stocked and did not need anything. The only suggestion is that it would be nice for them to open up the facilities to renters. We would have loved a swim in the pool and playing some pickle ball. Other than that, it was perfect and Miriam was wonderful to work with. We would for sure stay there again. Thanks for making the stay a wonderful memory for all of us.

Relaxing

This house was cozy and for us lacked nothing. Our small dog thought he was in heaven in the back yard as did we. Dinner in the back yard and then badminton that we brought. Bike trails very close. We would love to come back. Thank you, Miriam.

Fantastic Dollar Point home!

There is a lot to love about this house. We LOVED the location and gorgeous fenced backyard. The kitchen is well-appointed and spacious. There were plenty of towels and linens for our family. There were also plenty of fans for all of the bedrooms and living areas. We wished that there had been more outdoor seating such as lawn chairs to enjoy the beautiful backyard. Also there were no screens on 2 of the largest windows in the main living area so we couldn't open those windows in the afternoon/evening for air circulation (it was hot for Tahoe) without letting in mosquitos and flies. The house was clean but the carpets in the family room area and the master bedroom were in need of a cleaning. Considering the overall cost with fees, we felt that it was on the expensive-side for the condition and amenities.

The first time we walked into the house and looked out at the huge and tranquil yard, we were sold. Before purchasing this house, we had spent more time in Tahoe in winter vs other seasons. No longer. Dollar Point, and our home in particular, is just a fantastic place to be any time of year. In summer, we love eating outside on the back deck, relaxing in the yard, and riding our bikes into town on the paved trail that begins at Dollar Point.
