Budapest leghíresebb és legszebb látnivalói (Duna-part, Gozsdu kert, ahol a legjobb romkocsmák/bárok találhatók, stb.) pár perc sétával elérhetők, így nem kell közlekedést igénybe venni, az éjszaka közepén. Nagyon csendes, teljesen felszerelt lakás. Az egyik szobában franciaágy és egy kanapé található. A kis szobában van egy ágy
