Quiet Louisville home with a private fenced backyard, fast WiFi, and a wide driveway that fits multiple cars, a short drive to the airport, the Kentucky Expo Center, the Louisville Zoo, and downtown.

Michael and Ashley of Lumos Stays are glad to host you. This is the home we lived in when we were first married and renovated ourselves, on a quiet, residential street, only 4 minutes from the interstate and Bardstown Road. It's an easy base whether you're in town for a tournament or event, a weekend with the kids, distillery tours, or work.

Inside, all three bedrooms have blackout curtains and green tea memory foam mattresses. You'll find a 65-inch 4K Roku smart TV in the living room, 32-inch smart TVs in each bedroom, fast WiFi (~317 Mbps) for remote work and streaming, and an updated kitchen with a stocked coffee and tea bar, featuring a Nespresso machine. Free in-home laundry lets you pack light.

The home is also stocked for guests traveling with young children: a toy box, books, kids' plates, cups, and utensils, a playpen, and a highchair at the table that seats six.
Outside, the private fenced backyard has a Solo Stove fire pit, a hammock, a propane grill, string lights, a patio table, and lawn games. The wide driveway fits multiple vehicles, up to 3 cars wide, with free street parking available.

We keep the home clean, well-equipped, and genuinely cared for, and we're easy to reach during your stay. We'd love to host you for your next Louisville trip.

We're Michael and Ashley, a Louisville family who run Lumos Stays. We've been hosting since 2022 because we enjoy giving guests a comfortable, well-cared-for place to land. We sweat the details that make a stay easy: good beds, a stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, and quick replies when you need something. Book with us and you're staying with locals who know the city and the Bourbon Trail. We're happy to share recommendations, whether you're here for a tournament, an event at the Expo Center, a bourbon trip, or a weekend with the kids. We also love hosting guests each year for Louisville's signature events and festivals: the Kentucky Derby at Churchill Downs, Bourbon & Beyond, and Louder Than Life.
