We enjoyed the house itself and our stay in Louisville. We just had a few disappointments. When we arrived half the driveway was full limiting the usage. We had a wheelchair user and had to drop his lift in the yard to make it work. TVs were a bit complicated to figure out. Beware of the trains that run at night just along the lake. We brought a fan which helped dull the noise.

This is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. Fire pit in the back yard that overlooks the lake. There were Kayaks for the family to enjoy as well as games in the home for the kids. The home was very welcoming and spacious. For less than we would have paid for a hotel room we got a whole lake house to ourselves. Everything was an easy drive away. We visited Holiday World, Top Golf, Put Shack, Kingpin Bowling Alley, Activate(kids had a blast), Louisville Slugger Museum, Glen Oaks Country Club, and wonderful food places all around. Carol was very communicative and made everything effortless. Looking forward to using this house with our friend group when we do the Bourbon Trail.

Beautiful home with a lovely location. The owner has many interesting pieces in the home that add to the unique, comfortable, spacious, relaxing atmosphere. The home is not only clean, it is organized and stocked with extras. We loved our five day stay and wish it was longer. Easy location to get to all the area attractions with the quiet of a country setting with a lake.

We had an amazing stay! Check in was super easy. The house had all the things needed for doing laundry, cooking, and even had extra stuff in the bathroom for showering. We all enjoyed kayaking. There was an issue with the HVAC, but it was resolved very quickly. I live locally, but needed a place to stay during home renovations. So I already knew it was a nice neighborhood. The stress of dealing with insurance and home repairs has been crazy, but my stay here was so relaxing. I even had my parents over for dinner.

Great place in Louisville

Seven of us stayed here to tour the Louisville Slugger factory and several distilleries and a few other sites. It is a very nice neighborhood, and a clean house with plenty of room, and near a grocery store and many other amenities. The owner was very responsive when we had an issue to get again to the front door, and there were no problems or issues after that.We enjoyed the backyard and the pond and the fire pit. We would stay here again and recommend it to you, the reader.We did not take a photo of the place that I can upload right now, but it is very attractive. In its place, I uploaded five of the whiskeys that we tried.
