Ceci est un bel appartement de 2 chambres qui s'ouvre sur la pelouse, les bois et les vues sur l'eau. DĂ©tendez-vous, regardez les oies et les canards. MĂȘme un hĂ©ron passe!
Nous sommes sur l'eau alors apportez votre kayak ou canoë et partez pour une pagaie du soir à la recherche de Castor sur l'étang. Nous avons un canot et un kayak à votre disposition sur l'étang. Nous exigeons l'utilisation de gilets de sauvetage, nous en avons environ 4 disponibles.
Tout cela et Ă  seulement 10 minutes Ă  pied de la rue Main et du Centre olympique.
Pour les concurrents Ironman, c'est parfait!
Si vous n'avez pas envie de préparer un repas dans la cuisine entiÚrement équipée, à trois minutes à pied vous trouverez dans 2 restaurants populaires!
Il s'agit d'un appartement entiĂšrement meublĂ©, prĂȘt pour un week-end ou une semaine. Stationnement hors rue pratique et amplement d'espace pour votre Ă©quipement de camping, vos vĂ©los et votre Ă©quipement de ski.

Our stay was lovely. The house was perfect and had everything we needed. It was close to all the attractions. Eric was very quick to respond to all our needs. The home was quite comfortable and I imagine even more beautiful in the warmer months. We would highly recommend this home.

Perfect stay for our weekend vacation! The place is perfect, super comfortable and cosy with everything you could need. The location is ideal, as you're not far from the centre of Lake Placid. Would definitely come back here again, 100% recommend. :)

We had a lovely time. Suggestions:The numbers on the mailbox post could be more visible, maybe put on the house. Also, we couldn't use TV. Needed to have instructions for that. . We Got to bike and hike the Adirondack rail trail and a Mt, Marcy Dam hike.

Old friends getting together and visiting the area. we enjoyed the fire pit and view of the pond, very quiet but close to downtown. Had a slight problem with the door key but the owner was very helpful and resolved issue.

Quiet, peaceful location. Walking distance to Lake Placid’s Main Street. We loved the fire pit and the deck by the pond. Shame the weather turned and it rained almost every day.

Excellent place to stay - very quiet even though in a neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Very clean kitchen and bathroom. We had a firepit out back. Didn't kayak or canoe there but the view was nice. We would stay there again!

Perfect for our family

The house was exactly what my wife and I like to have for us and our two younger kids. Spacious, clean, all amenities needed (including washer and dryer). We made the most of our time in lake placid with the outdoors etc., and this Mill Pond Dr. house was the perfect homebase to regroup, cook, and deploy from. Communication was prompt. No surprises or misleading info from the listing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is accurately described in listing, very clean which is important to us & friendly for our family traveling with 4 humans & 2 small/medium dogs this trip. The furniture and beds are comfortable, with plenty of pillows & extra linens. The kitchen is well stocked with quality pots and pans which made our “at home” meals enjoyable as well. The fire pit with plenty of wood for a campfire was lovely, plus having direct water access with a kayak & canoe is a real bonus for this modest, yet well equipped property! Would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for my family of 4. The location was perfect for downtown Lake Placid and Whiteface. Accommodations were great. It was a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend.

Excellent location

Very nice property off the street just a couple blocks from the Olympic speed skating oval and the ice arenas. We drove to the World Cup ski jump in town while we were there. Everything was excellent. The snow was plowed a couple times during our stay.

Walkable winter oasis

This is a sweet, spacious ground floor apartment on the chub river. 2 big bedrooms, a large living room and full size dining room great for playing games. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the one bathroom was large and updated. A five minute walk downtown and 10-15 minute drive to the Olympic sites. Great for skiing at whiteface too. Highly Recommend!

We live here part time now, the location is great for its easy access to Main Street, the Olympic center, skiing, fishing, hiking and restaurants.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We are so close to everything that we like to do yet this property is secluded enough for enjoying the quiet Adirondack outdoors. When you are sitting on the dock or by the fire in the evening one really wouldn't believe you are 10 minute walk to Main Street!
