Midtown Escape - located in the heart of Graham, Texas

Newly remodeled with a modern look & feel. Perfect for a family getaway or to host multi families and friends. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from downtown. We are located 15 miles North of Possum Kingdom Lake and 90 miles West of Ft. Worth.

The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. (3 king size beds and a queen size air mattress)The living room, kitchen and dining room are open concept, with easy access to the outdoor patio.

The living room has a 60” smart TV connected to internet, with all the apps you need to stream all your favorite shows and movies.

The kitchen is open to the dining room with plenty of space for all of your guests or to host small events like birthday parties and showers.

Two of the bedrooms share a Jack & Jill full bath and the master bedroom has its own full bath. Both bath rooms have tub and shower, towels and toiletries are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cooking necessities. The coffee pot is a dual Keurig & Drip, coffee grounds and fliers are provided.

The backyard is spacious and offers a patio table with an umbrella and a BBQ grill.

The driveway will accommodate 2-3 vehicles and has a small carport.

Midtown Escape has a strict NO PET POLICY, and you will be required to provide certification for any service animals.

An immaculate home with every amenity for an easy relaxing stay in Graham. Roomy, with comfortable beds, nice linens and a very quiet street. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for our family to stay while our granddaughter played in a volleyball tournament. It was very clean and management was very good at communicating before our stay. Will try to get it again next year.

March Visit

We were in town for my moms' funeral, and the house was a nice place for us to stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. This was a very nice house.

Great open, spacious area for playing games or gathering for a meal. This place was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable too, which is always appreciated! I would say that there aren't many "extras" so just make sure you bring what you need. We had our stuff, so we were good, but I know sometimes toiletries are available. Overall, nothing that would cause me to change my mind about the place. Very clean. Host was easy to communicate with. Huge yard. Two thumbs up!

Great place to stay in Graham.

The house has recently been beautifully renovated with high end appliances. It was super clean and had everything you would need for a time away from home. There were 3 bedrooms all with king size beds. The master bedroom had a private bath and the other two bedrooms had a Jack and Jill bath. The towels were really big and super fluffy. The back yard was really big with a nice table and chairs on the patio. If ever in the area again I would try to stay here.
