Une vue imprenable! Enchanteur Peninsula Lake Front Home avec Dock, Kayaks, Randonnée

Profitez des vacances de détente dans cette maison de bord de mer avec de belles vues panoramiques sur le lac et un quai de natation en partie couverte sur l'eau profonde. En vérité, cette maison bénéficie d'une des meilleures vues sur Possum Kingdom et a, eau libre expansive en face d'elle. Cette maison mignonne et confortable dispose de 2 chambres et 1 Jack et Jill-salle de bains avec douche. cuisine complÚte ouverte sur grand séjour / salle à manger avec cheminée à bois. Le meilleur emplacement sur la propriété est certainement le pont Pieds carrés 1100. Il est parfait pour se détendre à l'ombre ou au soleil, griller le dßner dehors, et dßner sous les étoiles tout en profitant de la vue sur le lac.

Maison est situĂ©e sur la pĂ©ninsule de Possum Kingdom. Des rampes, des restaurants et une Ă©picerie sont tous Ă  5-10 minutes. SituĂ© au cƓur du systĂšme de randonnĂ©e et piste cyclable primĂ© de Possum Kingdom (voir la carte dans les photos) avec belvĂ©dĂšres plus de Possum Kingdom lac et les montagnes Pinto Palo. Les sentiers sont une courte randonnĂ©e, Ă  pied, ou en vĂ©lo-mĂ©tro.

Great location. House was clean and cozy. Well equipped. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the boat dock. The water was clear and deep. Great fishing. We will definitely stay again soon.

Private Stay with great views and amenities

The view of the lake itself was amazing but the fact that the location came with a grill, fireplace, boathouse, etc and was tucked away privately into the hill is what really made it worth the stay.

All about the view

We thought we’d do a lot more but it was so pleasant just absorbing that gorgeous lake view from inside as well as from the huge deck, that’s mostly what we wanted to do. Very comfortable and commodious. Various instructions need to be updated.

Memorial Day getaway

Property location was perfect! The house faces north so the sunsets and sunrises on the lake were unobstructed and gorgeous! The outside of the house, deck and boat dock were covered in spider webs but the inside was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Even though it was in the low to mid 90's, the two A/C window units kept the house cool. The majority of our time was spent enjoying fishing and floating on/by the boat dock.

Fall Fishing trip

Lakefront, floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows with excellent full view of lake! Steps down to boat slip where we fished off the floating dock, pole holders, outside chairs for use also. We caught caught fish there, and striper bass with fishing guide with boat. Great location and well stocked kitchen. Owner responds quickly to questions.

Old Cabin

Place is outdated, has an old smell to it, the full size bed is to small and is worn out, dock is falling apart leaning to one side and some of the boards on the deck are sketchy upon walking on it.

Bass fishing trip

My son and I spent the weekend pre-fishing for his high school regional bass tournament. The house was perfect for our needs. I have a 21’ boat with dual axle trailer and was able to back the boat and trailer down the slight hill and into the driveway area. We were able to charge our batteries each night with extension cords to a back porch outlet. Beautiful view of like. Great getaway to PK!

Fabulous view from the deck, cute lake house.

Clean, cute, cozy, and quaint! If my parents had had a lake house when I was a kid, this would be it! My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The deck was dreamy with a beautiful view of the lake, facing northward, so just right. We drank our coffee out here in the mornings and ate dinner on the deck each evening. The weather was perfect. We were able to secure our boat to the dock for our entire stay, which made going out very easy and convenient. We parked our trailer at nearby North D&D with no issues. The road to the house is one lane, so it can be tricky, but we managed ok. Overall, a great stay!

Nice and relaxing

Everything was great except for the electric. It definitely needs an upgrade. You couldn't run both air conditioners at the same time for very long. Forget about using a blow dryer it trips the breaker. The dock was on deep water which was awesome, however it can use an upgrade too. Overall it was a good place to stay for a weekend but maybe a little over priced for what you get.

Amazing view and abundant fish

The view from the balcony was amazing. The fireplace warmed it up quickly. We loved the wooded area on the way down to the dock. The stairs are fine and very safe contrary to what another reviewer stated. However you may get a little winded if you are out of shape. The dock was huge and had kayaks, fishing pole holders, and chairs. We caught 8 fish in one day. 6 bass, 1 catfish, and 1 Crappie. The cabin itself is quaint compared to the million dollar homes next door but if you are looking for a standard lake house with excellent views and good fishing this is your place.

Million Dollar View

The listing says “cabin” so keep that in mind. I was pleasantly surprised at the awesome lake view from the deck. The host thought of everything, the coffee was nice because I forgot to pack some. The chaise lounges are very comfy and have z as built-in side table for your favorite beverage or reading glasses and book! Tip for other guests: 1) pack what you need if you go to the boathouse to swim. That way you won’t have to go up the 30 +/- steps several times. 2) if you have a small portable a/c unit you’ll need it for the guest room. 3) bring your own food because the nearest restaurant is Hemmingways on the lake, which is very nice. The fast food restaurants are in Graham and there’s lots to choose from.

Great place on the water

Enjoyed our trip. Kayaked, brought my boat and parked it on our trailer down the road at the boat ramp when we were not using it. Great having a dock to tie off to.

This location on the lake is special. The home and deck seem secluded. They are surrounded by trees, so you can sit on the deck without knowing that there are neighbors next door. The views from this house are really beautiful - panoramic and looking over expansive, deep water. This is a unique location, and it is breathtaking.
