Dahlia is a well-appointed modern country home on over 10 acres of rolling hills & woodland preserves in the heart of SW Michigan’s wine country.

Distributed among three levels, the custom-built 10,000 square foot home offers high-end amenities in a modern, yet comfortable atmosphere. Dahlia is well-suited to accommodate large groups, offering multiple spaces large enough for your whole crew and numerous specialized entertainment spaces. Nature rushes in through the soaring floor-to-ceiling windows providing a perfect SW Michigan hideaway.

The main level features 3 spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a powder room, spacious open concept chef’s kitchen/great room, large dining space, catering kitchen, and screened balcony overlooking the pool and woods.

The lower level is entertainment central! The great room includes a game room with a pool table, ping-pong table, smart TV, wet bar with refrigerator, and powder room. Dahlia’s amazing kids’ playroom with a wide array of toys and books is a great space for little ones’ imaginations to run wild. The theater room is an ideal viewing setting with comfy seating and digital projector. This level includes an expansive bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

The remaining 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on the upper level are situated in three distinct wings, providing private settings for peaceful slumber.

Dahlia’s backyard oasis includes a large heated pool with safety cover, two hot tubs, outdoor dining area with gas grill, and custom fire pit. The property’s basketball and bocce ball courts are perfectly-suited for a little friendly competition while the shallow end of the pool’s three levels make it easy for children to splash around and adults to lounge in.

Dahlia is located moments away from some of the area’s best winery tasting rooms and nearby Bridgman offers a fun destination for breweries and restaurants. The beautiful beaches of Lake Michigan are 20 minutes away, including our favorite breathtaking hikes at Warren Dunes State Park and family-friendly Silver Beach complete with carousel and amusement park.

Please note that by booking this property, all guests must agree to follow these house rules:
- The maximum capacity for the Dahlia house is 43 people. Under no circumstances are more than 43 people allowed on the property at any time.
- Must be at least 30 years old to book and the average guest age must be 30 or older.
- Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced. Absolutely no amplified equipment may be used outdoors other than the on-site A/V system.
- Events of any kind are prohibited at this property, no exceptions.
- No excessive noise, fireworks, or hunting allowed.
- No High School, Prom, College, or MBA groups.
- No smoking inside the house or on the property.
- The pool is typically open May 1-October 31, depending on the weather. Hot tubs are open all year!
- All renters must sign Dwell Vacations Rental Agreement prior to arrival. Please reference Rental Agreement for all other House Rules. Thank you!
