THE SPACE
Once you and your guests step into this gorgeous estate home and take in the spacious, naturally lit beauty, you’ll know you're about to experience an extraordinary vacation. Leave your cares behind as you recline on a comfy couch with a glass of wine, staring into the flames dancing in the majestic hand-cut stone fireplace. Lean back and enjoy the Great Room’s vaulted ceilings, huge wood beams, and magnificent views through the stunning wall of windows and French doors. Or catch a movie or your favorite show on the flat-screen Smart TV.

Ready for a bite to eat? The open design leads you directly into the large, fully-remodeled Chef’s Kitchen, perfect for creating delicious vacation meals, with top-end appliances, cookware, and gadgets, as well as a primo coffeemaker and all the fixings. Guests love gathering for morning coffee at either the breakfast nook—with a superb view—or the central stone-top island. When a formal meal is prepared, the adjacent dining room is a perfect place to share time with your family or friends.

On the ground level, you’ll find all sorts of fun in the extra-large game room and bar area—both fully-equipped—including a pool table, ping-pong, jumbo fridge, sleek bar, and chairs, as well as an array of cozy couches for ultimate relaxation. Plus, plenty of board games, an arcade videogame, and an assortment of kids’ games and books. If you or any of your guests need a suitable workspace, we’ve got that for you, too!

All eight of Bear Ranch’s super-comfy bedrooms are attractively designed and lavishly appointed, highlighted by top-of-the-line bedding and linens to ensure a sound sleep and sweet dreams!

All 6½ Bear Ranch bathrooms are exquisitely appointed, with features like deluxe vanity sinks, walk-in tiled showers, rain shower heads, a soaking tub, and all the basics you and your guests might need. There’s also a laundry room with a high-end washer-dryer combo to meet all your laundering needs.

Take a few steps outside and discover even more richness, comfort, and spacious beauty! The wonderfully landscaped backyard is highlighted by an Olympic-size pool, two hot tubs, and a koi pond with a soothing waterfall. On the deck, there’s a gas barbecue grill, a smoker, and patio dining sets. By the pool and out on the lawn, there are plenty of chaise lounges, patio chairs, and lawn chairs for your relaxation. Children will delight in the sandbox—with plenty of toys—or running around the spacious lawn! Oh, and soccer buffs will be thrilled with the soccer field set up beyond the pool. GO-O-O-OAL!

Besides being just a stone’s throw from superb Lake Michigan beaches, popular galleries, shops, restaurants, wineries—you’ll be in the heart of Southwest Michigan’s acclaimed Wine Country—and woodland hiking and biking trails galore, you can enjoy water-related activities at the region’s largest recreational harbor, including boat, canoe, kayak, jet-ski, and paddleboard rentals, plus day or night cruises. Don’t forget to check out the regular farmers' markets and seasonal outdoor festivals. For golfing enthusiasts, there are several high-quality courses nearby. Fore! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.

All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.

The minimum age to rent this home is 25.

The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.

We welcome up to 2 dogs at this home at no additional charge. Please include the number of pets you plan to bring or let our team know after booking. 

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
