The fully-equipped kitchen is available for all your culinary needs. Outside, the backyard is your private resort, featuring a saltwater pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and a large grass area for games. A pergola lounge offers a shaded spot for relaxation. The garage includes a ping pong and foosball table. Dedicated workspaces and fast Wi-Fi are available throughout the house.

A maximum of 5 vehicles are allowed on the property, with an additional 5 allowed off-site.

Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM, and outdoor amplified sound is prohibited.
