The sidewalk in front of the condo goes nearly around the entire lake for you morning exercise types.

Lighthouse Cove is a unique condo Association, comprised of private condo owners, which allows both long and short-term rentals. Please enjoy the property by complying with the following rules and being respectful of condo owners, their families and other permanent residents as well as fellow-guests. Excess noise, lewd behavior, failure to comply with the following rules or failure to comply with local or federal law may result in Guest, the Rental Party and any others permitted on property by Guest to be removed from the premises by owner or property manager.
Please be courteous to our neighbors and obey the following Homeowners Association Rules: • Guests. People other than those in Guest’s party may not stay overnight in the condo. Any other person in the condo is the sole responsibility of Guest. • Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of guests is limited to 4 persons. Person on reservation must be 21 years of age or be preapproved by host. • Parking. Guests must park in a spot that is designated to the unit in which they are staying. Other available spots are reserved for residents. • Pets. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS • Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and refrain from using the whirlpool tub. • Pool Areas. At no time may glass of any kind be carried into the pool areas. Only low voltage, battery powered equipment is permitted in pool. No running or diving is allowed. The exercise room and sauna are reserved for the exclusive use of unit owners and their families. Swim diapers are required for the little ones.
• Grilling. There are multiple gas grills available for community use on- property. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited anywhere on-property.
No grills of any type are permitted on the patio/balcony. • Patio/Balcony. The patio/balcony are not to be used as storage areas. Please refrain from hanging towels, swim suits, or anything else over the railings. • Liability. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Condo owner and Association are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests (as well as others they invite to the premises) are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or its facilities. • Toilets. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper • Wildlife. No feeding ducks or wildlife • Garbage. Garbage from the condo must be taken to the dumpsters in the parking lot. Do not put trash in common area cans such as the one by the grills. • Docks. Children under the age of 16 must have adult supervision while on the docks. Keep docks clear of tripping hazards at all times. • Boat Slips. Slips are leased by individual LHC owners. Guests may only use a slip with the permission of the owner. Slip #32 is a day slip that may be used during the day on a first come, first serve basis. Boats may not be kept in #32 overnight.

My husband, one and a half year old daughter and I went to visit this month (April 2026) and we had an amazing time. We received check in instructions and were able to get access immediately to the place. The condo was immaculate and had the necessary ammenities per the pdf provided when booked. Clear instructions on how to check out. We had an issue with some furniture (issue from our side putting baby proof corners), but the communication was immaculate and the issue was resolved fast. Great communication with the team. Location was great, and our experience was 100/10. We will be back again! Thank you so much for hosting us!

It is November so we did not use the pool! Place was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Casted our shoes onto the smart TV without problems. Host was available on first phone call about parking spots. We had no problem parking the second car in the visitor lot. Happy with our stay!Bed was comfortable and my daughter slept well on the fold out couch in living space. Would definitely rent again’

A Perfect Getaway
This was our family’s second time staying at Lighthouse Cove both times great family memories made. The location is amazing, far enough away from the tourist attractions but also close enough you could walk to Noah’s Ark. We took advantage of the water park add on and I could not be more happy I did. We enjoyed Noah’s Ark 3 different days. My husband loved being within a 1 min walk to fishing off the docks and had fun catching and releasing numerous fish. The kids enjoyed both the beach and indoor pool. The condo itself had everything we needed and was clean! We even grilled out one night. We will definitely be back again.
