Welcome to Shark Bait, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite nestled in Seabrook's Beach District. Perfect for families or couples, this cozy retreat offers a warm, home-away-from-home vibe. Just a short stroll across the bridge, dive into the excitement of downtown Hampton Beach, with its array of delicious restaurants, lively entertainment, and iconic boardwalk. Surrounded by pristine beaches, you're free to choose your perfect seaside adventure!

The Space:
Shark Bait is a 1 bedroom suite. There is a full kitchen, living room, and bathroom. You have a private entry as well!

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire suite. Shark Bait has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building.

The Neighborhood:
Shark Bait is located in Seabrook Village - Beach District. We are surrounded by ocean. You can pick which beach you go to. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great for bike riding, walks, etc.

Getting Around:
Shark Bait has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. There are no assigned parking spots. If you have more than 1 vehicle you will need to find parking in an alternative lot for the second vehicle. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or there is the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.

Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed the calm color scheme of this unit. The decor, color, and simplicity allowed us the opportunity to relax away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and everything we wanted to do or see was only a short walk or drive away.

Had an amazing time! Hosts are awesome w/ communication & checking up on you!!! Beach right down the street, went deep sea fishing through Eastman’s which was right across the street from the neighborhood where this cute vacay spot is located & short drive to Hampton shops/restaurants!! Will be booking here again for future beach stays!!!

Stayed her for our August 2024 vacation. This place was amazing. Had everything you needed for the beach and so much more. Super clean, great amenities and the cutest decor. We will definitely come here again next year.

Excellent Location, Lovely Unit

The one bedroom unit was plenty large enough for two adults. The location was great with two beaches nearby plus Hampton over the bridge. Fireworks were amazing on the 4th! Host was helpful and responsive. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed.

The property was “as advertised”. Within walking distance of the beach, the bay, a food market and a few good restaurants. We were very happy staying here.

Perfect

This was the perfect place for us. This was our honeymoon week and we did a lot of fishing at Eastmans. Local restaurants are very close by and many to choose from. Overall the perfect spot for us. We will definitely be back next year. Maybe sooner.

Lovely Weekend Get-away

My partner and I decided to celebrate his birthday by going to the beach. This apartment is within walking distance of good restaurants and beautiful beaches. It is clean and neatly organized. It is on the ground floor of a 3-level building, and you can hear the people upstairs walking around. The bed is very soft. We were only in the apartment one night, so these things didn't bother us much. The weather was gorgeous and we had a lovely time.

Incredible Stay at Shark Bait – Highly Recommend! I just wanted to share how much we loved our stay at Shark Bait! The house was absolutely perfect, so clean, fresh, and clearly well taken care of. It had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. What really stood out, though, was the communication. Quick responses and even a thoughtful check-in halfway through our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly, something that’s surprisingly rare these days. It made the experience feel personal and easy from start to finish. We’d definitely return, not only because of how great the house was, but because of the amazing service we received.
