The host was very responsive when I had questions. He was extremely accommodating, he gave us a little extra time given the snowfall etc, and he had the stairs shoveled for us in the morning. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very nice place, warming and charming. We'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The apartment was clearly recently renovated and done so very tastefully. It was clean and very welcoming.The property managers were also excellent. They weee extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Place was super clean and cozy. Check in and check out process was super easy. Beds were super cozy and slept really well. Small store within 5 mins walks full of snacks and wine. We took the train several times to Salem and Boston and felt super safe, including 20 mins walk we took several times to a wonderful restaurant named Fox Creek Tavern. This is a great place to stay! Had one small issue with the TV and Wanderson showed up within 5 minutes and corrected the issue in less than 20 mins. We will be back to stay at this location!

Ipswich Half Marathon

We loved the property, it was very clean and a great location for exploring Ipswich during half-marathon weekend. Coordinating with the owner was seamless and the apartment was furnished with everything we needed. 10/10, would definitely stay here again.

Winter week in Ipswitch

Well appointed, clean and easy! Owners did a great job converting the space for short term rentals. The kitchen has everything we needed, the bed and bathroom were great. Located on a quiet block.

The property owners did a great job in converting this house into 3 inviting apts for vacationers. It was a very comfortable living space. Plus the location was perfect for getting around town and exploring the surrounding areas.

Ipswich family visit

We were so impressed by what a fabulous job they did completely renovating this beautiful apartment! Everything was updated and modern and the host went above and beyond by providing everything you could need! The kitchen was very well stocked, the bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies! We were only able to stay for two nights, but we will look forward to staying there again when we have more time to enjoy it!

Beautiful apartment. I did t notice on description that it was on second floor. It’s a bit steep for elderly. I’m a young 80 year old, I did it, but I’d prefer first floor. My fault, I didn’t ask. Location great, parking ok, AC is noise in bedroom. But! It was hot that weekend for sure. Great host.

Very nice! Bigger than expected very clean. Bed very comfortable. Only comment is I believe listing said 1st floor but it was on 2nd floor with 18 stairs, not a problem for us but relative with Parkinsons unable to visit as planned. No bar soap for shower. Otherwise very nice place! Thanks

Icy Stay

The unit was clean and modern. Contains necessities like paper towels, dish soap, coffee maker, etc.Parking was difficult sue to snow and ice that was not adequately removed. Dangerous walking on ice. Other guests parked very close to us and we barely got out in the morning without waking them up to move their car. They were noisy when they arrived at 11 PM. Thin walls. They quieted down and we slept well. Maybe in summer it would have been a better experience.
