A very spacious residence with good parking. The location was optimal. Easy reach to the beach and plenty of food & coffee options nearby. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Lisa is a great host.

What an enjoyable visit to San Diego! Staying in this beautiful downstairs home was beyond my expectations. Everything was spotless clean, smelled fresh. I love that there were no fake air fresheners. The kitchen had every amenity and the A/C was great on the hot days. End of the street every night for a fabulous sunset. Thank you, Lisa for this wonderful experience- we will be back!

This property is excellent. The house is very well organized and clean and feels like home, with a comfortable couch and chairs. The kitchen is very big, with plenty of space to move and sit, and 2 computers on the dining table.The bed in the master bedroom is also very comfortable. We didn't use the extra bedroom since it was only my wife and I. The fans and air conditioning work perfectly. The house is within walking distance of a few great restaurants and shops. About 2 blocks from the beach.I would definitely recommend this house; it was very enjoyable.Jeff and Judith

Had a wonderful stay! Loved the proximity to the water, this is a very walkable location, we were able to also enjoy the great farmers market on Sundays. Property was very clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay, relaxing on the back patio. Stayed with four adults and had plenty of room. Also included beach towels and chairs. Communications with the owner was great, and access to the home was easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This stay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way. The unit was nicer than we expected from the photos, and every detail was thought through. It was well furnished and had all the basic supplies plus more, including beach towels and umbrellas. The location was perfect—only a few minutes walk to the beach, coffee shops, and restaurants. It was on a lovely and quiet street with easy parking. The private backyard patio was a wonderful addition and we used it daily for meals and relaxing. We absolutely hope to return and stay here again.

Wonderful residence

Great place that fit our family of four comfortably. The location was perfect with easy access to the beaches of La Jolla that were just a few blocks away. The whole place was well outfitted with all the necessities include beach gear. We truly enjoyed our stay!
