Located on one of the most coveted streets in downtown Annapolis, walk to Main St. and City Dock. The Thomas Hyde House not only has beautiful views of the Maryland State House, but also has an extremely rare large parking lot adjacent to the building with at least 5 parking spaces.

The building consists of two levels and a large basement. It's close proximity and walking distance to all downtown Annapolis.

THERE WILL BE A SECURITY HOLD (NOT A DEPOSIT JUST A HOLD) THAT WILL BE RELEASED 3 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT.

Regarding PETS: We strive to provide our guests with a space that is free from animal allergens. We are obligated to allow a genuine service animal however, be aware that the animal CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE at the home at all during your stay, not even caged. If the animal is left alone in the home you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund of unused nights.

This house was very spacious and comfortable. Very easy walk to Main Street and all the restaurants and shops as well as the Naval Academy. The best part was that the house came with space for 5 cars.

Lacrosse Tournament

1 block away from downtown which is great! Judy was always in communication and easy to contact if needed. Great location for 2-3 families with plenty of parking. Big kitchen for feeding / entertaining families and entertaining. Only slight downside is that the house is on a main road and traffic noise could get heavy, especially in the AM.

House has it all including ideal location

Our stay at the Thomas Hyde House for a family wedding in Annapolis was perfect! The house was very well appointed with everything we needed and the ample parking was perfect for our 5 cars. Judy was an absolute delight to communicate with and a wonderful host throughout our 5 night stay. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Hopefully we are able to visit Annapolis and the Thomas Hyde House again soon!

Phenomenal host! Phenomenal house!

We enjoyed our stay in Annapolis while attending a wedding. The house was comfortable, plenty spacious with perfect amenities for a large group in the town center. Judy the host was exceptionally responsive, replying to all questions within minutes. Highly recommend!

Annapolis gem!

Everything about this property was first class! We had an amazing stay in this comfortable home! Fully stocked kitchen. Body wash and shampoo in each bathroom. All the details covered. The location is awesome. Quick walk to downtown and the Naval Academy. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great place to stay while visiting Annapolis

Perfect house

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is exactly as described and we would stay here again if we are in Annapolis again. The house has everything you need with a fully equipped kitchen, smart tvs in every room, and the beds are very comfortable. There is so much parking and the house is walking distance to everything in downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy.

Fabulous location

The location is fabulous. We could walk wherever we wanted to go. The room to bathroom ration was also great. We would stay here again.
