I will keep this short and simple the reviews were misleading house isn’t close to anything walking distance. You need a car, parking is horrible near the clubs and restaurants. Ubers don’t work if you are too close by they won’t pick up the fare. The house is semi outdated, pool is decent however cat poop is all over the backyard. Cats come in the backyard at night and cry for food. You hear the airplanes at night. The block is quiet however animal feces are all over the front yard. Some of it looks like it has been there for weeks. No one seems to clean it up including the owners cleaning crew. The shower pressure is extremely low difficulty to wash a full head of hair. Someone seems to set off M80s every night which startled me out of sleep at night. Fridge doesn’t have an ice maker. No laundry unit. We had to pay for a local laundromat to wash our towels daily. It’s difficult to enjoy the pool area because it smells like animal feces. The pictures show a large cooler and there is only a small red cooler that can barely fit drinks if you taking it to the beach. Shower liners are filthy and need to be cleaned or replaced. The host responds quickly and did give check in information at an appropriate time. Owner should invest in a gate to keep stray animals out. Good location for everything if you have a car and don’t care about the neighborhood.
