This spacious home is perfect for family vacations or groups of friends, and accommodates up to 10 people.

Living Areas
The Great Room serves as the main living area and features vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling views of the mountains and plenty of seating for everyone. The sitting area, adjacent to the Great Room, can be used for additional dining space or as a great place to enjoy a game of cards. The 3rd floor loft area is perfect for board games or late night conversation, and the basement level is the perfect entertainment area with a pool table and its own fridge/microwave.

Bed and Bath
This spacious vacation home near Breckenridge features 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Three of the five bedrooms include king beds.
The large primary suite on the main floor features dramatic views of the national forest, a king bed, fireplace, dresser, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with jetted tub, and sliding doors leading to the deck. The main floor provides an additional bedroom with a twin over queen bunk, also with sliding doors leading to the back deck. To round out the main floor, there is a full guest bath with a shower. The basement level offers two additional bedrooms, each with a king bed and a smart TV. There are two basement-level bathrooms (one en suite) each with tub/shower combos. Lastly, the 3rd floor Loft has a queen bedroom with a dresser and TV.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is stocked with all that’s needed to prepare food for a large group. It features stainless steel appliances, a pantry and plenty of counter space to prepare your feast! The dining room seats up to 10 and has a cozy fireplace for the perfect mountain ambiance.

The home features two work stations with power and charging for all your devices. One is located in the 3rd floor Loft and one is located in a basement level bedroom.

After a long day of skiing, biking or hiking, relax in the outdoor hot tub. With seating for up to 8, the hot tub combines magnificent views of the forest with the relaxing sounds of the stream. If dry heat is more your speed, relax in the sauna. It seats up to 4 and provides the perfect way to decompress. A private bridge over the stream leads directly to miles of hiking trails.
