BIENVENUE AU PARADIS. Cette chambre 4 & den, 3 salles de bain maison de l'air conditionné de 300 yards de la plage de Tigertail. Il a sa tribunaux tennis privé, pétanque, basket-ball et de palets propres. Le surdimensionné, projeté en véranda dispose d'une piscine chauffée, spa & cuisine d'été. 12 pi. Hautes haies offrent une intimité totale. Les dispositifs additionnels incluent une salle à manger, une grande chambre avec un centre de divertissement, (grand téléviseur à écran plat avec lecteur DVD) systÚme audio centralisé dans toute la maison et la véranda, et une cuisine haut de gamme.
Toutes les chambres ont un plafonnier avec les fans de vitesse, 3 téléviseurs à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. La taniÚre est équipé d'une connexion Internet haute vitesse et la suite de maßtre spacieuse a été complÚtement rénové.
Il ya une maison d'alarme et piscine alarme électronique surveillé en place pour votre sécurité. Tout l'équipement sportif (vélos, raquettes de tennis, de basket-ball, quatre ensembles de clubs de golf, le matériel de pétanque et jeu de palets, les gilets de sauvetage et des jouets pour la piscine) sont inclus et la buanderie a une machine à laver, sÚche-linge, fer et planche à repasser.

Home Run!!

Check in was very easy
Home owners were easy to contact if necessay. Beautiful home (extremely clean) and location with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen which was fantastic with a larger than life island in the open kitchen area was great for the whole family. The kitchen was fully equipped for all your needs including spices for use upon our arrival. Family which includes three very active adult boys loved all the sporting activities on the property.

Property was top notch. Owner support was on point.Distance to beach was a little further than we expected. Travelling with 3 small kids made the distance from parking lot to the beach difficult.The pool at the house was where we spent most of our time.The house was very well equipped and allowed for us to be self sufficient.

Perfect Marco Location

We loved the house and how close it was for walking to Tigertail Beach. The house was great for our family with the pool, pickleball court, bocce court and shuffleboard. We played game after game on all of them. The hosts were great and quickly helped with anything we needed.

Paradise on Kendall Drive

The property owners have excellent communication skills and were great hosts. This property is great for a couple wanting to get away & relax, to a family gathering wanting to create lifelong memories! The open layout and amenities make this the perfect stay.

Marco Island vacation

We enjoyed our time here! The house was comfortable and had everything you need, but the true star was the outdoors. The pool was a perfect temperature. The tennis court and shuffleboard were a delight! It was like having our own private park.

Awesome Place to Stay

Beautiful home with all the amenities. we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves. We had a great time paying basketball/tennis and shuffleboard right in the backyard. we did so many activities without leaving the house. We will be booking again in the future. This is a a great property for a large familiy. Tim and Gerri have truly thought of everything. Also communicating was very easy and all instructions for the home are posted and easy to follow. The location of the home is within easy access to everything on the island. We would stay there again.

Lovely house

The Sullivans have gone out of their way to make this a comfortable property for larger family groups. We had 3 generations in our party, from toddlers to grandparents and everyone was comfortable in the space. The lanai and pool area is large and well furnished and makes for a nice outdoor space for gathering, grilling, swimming and relaxing. The outdoor areas for sports are an unusual and great arrangement. The location is a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. The only issue we had was that there is a house being constructed next door so 3 days of our stay were marred by the noise of power tools and workmen from 8am to noon. The Sullivans clearly have no control over this situation, but it was very noisy. They offered apologies and some compensation for the inconvenience, but we would have preferred to have been apprised of the situation in advance in order to make an informed decision. Again, the property itself is comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. Hopefully, the noisy stages of construction will be completed soon.

Staying here was a dream. So much room. Pool to ourselves. Beach supplies at the ready. Location near the best food, beaches and excursions. We never drove more than 45 minutes and most days less than 10. All of us fell in love with Marco, the Everglades and the Gulf.

Another great week!

For the 3rd year in a row my wife, 18 yr old son and I enjoyed another terrific week at this beautiful home. The house is ideal for us with its tennis court, pool and proximity to Tigertail Beach. Gerri and Tim continue to be superb, responsive hosts. It was nice to see improvements such as a tv and beautiful new furniture on the lanai
where we spend so much of our time. We hope to stay again in ‘23.

Tim and Gerri Sullivan of Hartford Ct. are the owners and can be reached at 860-523-9651 or during July and August at 860-388-5984. We recently rented the home from the previous owner and fell in love with the privacy and location. Our grandchildren were constantly busy with the various athletic activities (tennis and basketball) and this convinced us to purchase the home in May, 2011. We have made significant improvements to create a second home of the highest standards for us and for our guests.

We rented this home in March of 2011. We found it was the perfect vacation for our children and grandchildren because of the ample sports activities (tennis,basketball, bocce, shuffleboard, swimming and biking). Having the qualities of a private relaxing location while being close to many activities in Naples. It's close proximity to Tigertail beach, restaurants, shopping, golfing, boat rentals and water sport rentals, etc and the privacy provided by a 12 ' hedge that completely surrounds the property makes this the ideal location in Marco Island.
