Welcome to this completely remodeled Marco Island retreat.

This spacious 4 bedroom and 4 1/2 bathroom home is the perfect vacation getaway for families or groups. Located in a quiet neighborhood, it is just a 7-minute walk to Marco Island’s beautiful white sandy beach, shops, and dining.

Inside you will find a bright open-concept living area that connects the kitchen, dinning, and lounge spaces. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, modern appliances, and everything you need to feel right at home. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Each of the 4 comfortable bedrooms offers a relaxing retreat, accommodating up to eight guests in total comfort.

Step outside and enjoy the private heated pool and expansive lanai, perfect for lounging in the sun, grilling on the gas BBQ, or enjoying tropical cocktails at the poolside bar. Unwind in the hammock, soak up the Florida sunshine, and make unforgettable family memories.

We also provide a beach wagon, 8 reclining beach chairs, and a selection of pool and beach toys for both kids and adults.

The home was absolutely spotless and way exceeded expectations. Adria was an incredible host and extremely responsive. The proximity to the beach and shops was one of the main reasons for renting a home in that area. The beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs etc) were very convenient. All in all the stay was a 10/10.

We had such a great time! There were so many things to make our beach/ pool vacation easy- plenty of chairs, beach towels, umbrella, toys, you name it. Location was perfect, and we truly loved eating out on the deck. (We also lucked out with perfect weather most of the week.). Great house!

Perfect Location

This house is perfect location to walk to beach, shops and restaurants. The layout of the house worked well as we stayed with another family. We had enough space to hang out inside and out! The pool and outside seating was also great for the kids to play and adults to lounge! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The host was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

Family Vacation

Great place for beach lovers and pool lovers! Walk to the beach, restaurants, ice cream, and mini golf! Full of amenities needed for the beach! Lots and lots of bath towels - thank you! **this place had a For Sale sign so I’m not sure how much longer it will be available. Book this while you can!

Wonderful house

This is the second time we stayed in this lovely home. It is perfect for a medium to large family with plenty of open communal living and eating space, good sleeping configurations, and a very nice pool area. The host is nice, prompt, responsive, and very easy to work with.I strongly recommend the property and look forward to likely staying there again in the future.

Amazing location

Amazing place to stay will definitely be going back in the future.

Everything was there for us to use for the beach towels, umbrellas, buggy and chairs. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking if you choose to do that or a short walk to restaurants if you want to eat out.

Great location and vacation home for a family

Julie was always quick to respond and easy to access. The location is spectacular with two beach access points within a short walk, even with young children. Kitchen and house has all the basics and everything you need to show up and have a great family vacation.

Love everything about this place!

We would definitely stay here again. The owners are so friendly, accommodating, and very responsive. The house was very clean and nicely decorated making it feel easy to move right in and feel at home. My favorite was the location to the beach, shopping and restaurants, we could walk everywhere.
