Our only regret is that we only stayed for 2 nights! We will return again next year and stay longer. The apartment was much nicer than pictures showed. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Everything was very clean and welcoming.

The location was great. The stay was quiet as the other condos were either empty or the tenants followed the same courtesy rules. Upon arrival the communication was timely and responsive- and remained so during the entire trip. The details of how to access the property were specific and made transitioning from travel to rest- seamless. The location was clean, including furniture, bedding and bathrooms. Because there is a gate to access the parking and building- while we never felt unsafe- provided an increased sense of security. Wonderful host and wonderful location.

Very nice condo with amazing views. Plenty of room, comfortable bed, good showers.Just a few things to be aware of - it is up 2 flights of stairs and there is a locked parking gate (controlled with a remote) and a locked building entrance. The building is also at the top of a hill, near town, but you probably need a car to get around. That said, Rincon was great, everything was close by and we had a wonderful time.

Excellent location, great condo, love that you have a dedicated parking spot; everything worked out very well. Condo, smelled so good when we walked in. Host communication was excellent. I would have given 4.5 stars if possible. My only challenge, all the doors lock from both sides via the key. Meaning, when I left in the morning for coffee, I literally had to lock my wife in the apartment, there's no way to manually lock the door from inside without the key; same with the entry door into the building.

Beautiful, Peaceful Stay

We didn’t want to leave. Rincon and this property had us searching for property, that’s how much we wanted to stay here. I love the open floor plan, clean lines and decor, and the washer/dryer was such a bonus. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus for our family of 5. There was more than enough space for us all. They supply you with whatever you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a cafe across the street and restaurants, food trucks and shops all close by. Lastly, the view. Three pictures do not do it justice. It is breathtaking. We loved our time here and cannot wait to come back to Rincon soon!

Beautiful Home in Puntas

This is our 3rd year coming to Rincón. This home was beautiful, we’d definitely be back. We stayed with our family of 4 (6 and 2 year olds) and my mother. The place was plenty of space and the kitchen and washer were very convenient. It was very clean. The kids loved the pool. It wasn’t a problem but it is down 5 flights of stairs from the unit. My husband surf and it’s within just a couple minutes of the most popular surf beaches, he even walked some days. Finally, I liked that it was just across/down the street from several restaurants. Beautiful place we hope to be back.
