Quiet Clean & Comfort

Beautiful home with all many comforts. The home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are wonderful. Living Room & Kitchen are open space to keep all the family engaged. Will definitely stay again.

Cute Stay in Conroe

This property was the perfect layout for my family to spend time together cooking and watching tv while still having the privacy of separate bedrooms to sleep in. We appreciated the clean, comfortable furnishings and easy-to-find location.

Home is very clean and nicely decorated, with plenty of space for up to 6 people. We actually had our Family Christmas here, with Christmas Dinner and a tree. ❤️

The property was fairly clean, but there were minor things like dirty dishes in the cupboard, no handsoap in the upstairs bathroom, and no extra trashbags.

Felt at Home!

Great, clean, fully stocked house. A few minutes from the Montgomery County Fairgrounds. It was easy to get to and so much better than renting a hotel. We hosted a BBQ cook-off tent at the fairgrounds and being able to all stay in this amazing house was way better than a hotel. One of the cleanest houses I have ever rented! Our college kids were a bit confused on what a duplex is and parked in front of the wrong garage, but the owner was very nice when they called to let us know. LOL We were a bit embarrassed, but it was an easy fix. Communication was great and we hope to rent again!

Perfect for what we needed

The town home was close to where we needed to be for work and was in a nice neighborhood walking distance to a park (which our baby girl enjoyed). The garages were a bit small and we couldn’t get our cars inside (full size SUV and truck). Recently updated master bath was a nice touch!

We enjoyed the home and the location was great. The home was not spotless a few areas that looked like it had not be swept or dusted and the ice maker did not work. The fridge was not wiped out but we made do. Other than that we loved it.

Beautiful home

My little family enjoyed the whole experience. The only thing i would say is dont make your guest strip the linen and take out all the trash to the can and clean a lot of the house ( per the rules) if you're already paying a $100 cleaning fee. Other than that the house was beautiful, the stay was great. The neighborhood was quite and nice. They give you a garage clicker for the stay. And the houses location is great! Id stay again.

Overall Very Nice

We enjoyed the stay a this house and the convenience to why we were there was great. I would suggest having enough toilet paper, kitchen towels, hand towels, and that when you say sleeps 8, that means 8. There are 2 king beds and a Queen bed. Don't count on 3 people sleeping in the King beds.

It could have been so much better

you should know this is a duplex and several other duplexes in the cul-de-sac are owned and managed by the same group. They should know better ! Upon arrival, the AC system was broken and not even any batteries in the thermostat. The host DID respond right away at 9pm on Thursday night of arrival, but unfortunately, parts were required to be ordered, so it was not fixed. The host did install a window unit in the living room and the master bedroom, however so many other things about this place were substandard that I can't really give it more than two stars. I have pictures if anyone wants to see. No hand soap in the living area bathroom, no window screens (which are helpful with no AC), no ceiling fan in the master bedroom, only fans placed in the second and third bedroom, no kitchen towels to dry handwashed dishes, only two dishwasher tabs for a 4-night stay, only one kitchen trash bag was in the home, fridge barely got cold, 4-cup coffee maker for a place that could sleep 8 (even though we had less than that), master shower faucet handle fell off, grass not cut, nail heads in the patio flooring sticking up out of the wood. I did address these things with the host. Nothing but the AC was addressed and then she decided to add that we left a toilet running and made too much noise. I can't help a faulty toilet & wasn't aware we were loud
