The property was "as listed." The host communicated very efficiently. I like the detailed instructions throughout the condo. It could use some updating and minor maintenance but otherwise was very nice property. Great for families.

What you see in vrbo pics is what you get. Once you are there you feel the wow, the lake view, decor, cleanliness, impressive kitchen amenities with just about anything you will ever need including small appliances. TVs in every bedroom and living room with easy to understand services available. Downstairs master bedroom is a plus for those not wanting to climb stairs. The host is always so responsive and helpful with direction aids and arrival instructions making arrival logistics so easy and without a glitch.

We stayed here during my son's fishing tournament on the lake. Being able to dock the boat right at the back door was awesome. Communication with the host was excellent and addressed our issue with work being done next door right away. The views were great, and we overall enjoyed our stay here. We will be back.

Prime lake location!

Our family of 5 stayed here to end the summer before school started. This home is the perfect location for good lake swimming and the kitchen was stocked with every utensil and cookware needed to make our meals daily. The primary bedroom was quite a bit warmer than the rest of the house but that could have been user error. Terry is a wonderful host and is very responsive! We would stay here again!

Mother's Day Getaway

Terri was a wonderful host. She helped with phone calls at the beginning getting us settled in and making sure our guests were allowed in the gate. Eveything was very nice. Condo was very clean.

A&M vs t.u. Thanksgiving weekend

Our family came in from out of state to celebrate Thanksgiving and attend the A&M vs t.u.game. The condo was great and perfect for what we needed. It was our first time staying in the Montgomery area on Lake Conroe and it was fantastic. Condo is in a gated community, easy to get in and out. A few of us went on a walk and a few went on a run around the community. Location for driving back and forth to College Station was convenient and will come back in the future as an alternative to staying in CS. Imagine it will be even better staying here in summer months. The owner is terrific, very accommodating, and the condo had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

The hurricane changed our beach house plans and we had to stay locally. Terry was instrumental in procuring this location due to the issues with a widespread power outage. The condo setup was perfect for my visiting family.

Great stay!

Super accommodating and the perfect location for young kids because it's in its own quiet, wake free, alcove. We spent all day floating. We were here during Hurricane Berryl and the just was amazing in helping us with another night due to flights being cancelled. Will be coming back next time!

Had a great experience

Loved this home and location. Was in for a memorial and had friends and family with us. The kids loved the water and is adults enjoyed BBQ and watching them have so much fun. Great place, great host, great experience.

We relocated to April Sound Conroe area in April of 2015 because of a job transfer to The Woodlands. We liked it so much we decided to build our retirement home here in the forest. We decided to rent our lakefront condo. We hope that you will consider our property for your travel. I am also a local realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty in Montgomery. I love the Lake Conroe area. I am local and available to you during your stay.

Located on the south shore of Lake Conroe, 30 minutes north of The Woodlands (and The Cynthia Woods-Mitchel Pavillion), and 15 miles south of the Sam Houston National Forest, the location is a perfect place to "get away from it all", but not too far to enjoy the lake and forest in the country one day and the city the next. The fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is a perfect location to spend time with friends or get the family and grand-kids together. April Sound is a guarded community where you can enjoy lake life, swimming, golf, and tennis too.

Lake Conroe is located and hour north of Houston and 200 miles south of Dallas on I-45. It is convenient for drive trips coming from Texas and Louisiana. We would love to share our great lake life with you. We are also close to Sam Houston National Forest., Davy Crockett National Forest ust north of us , and not far from Angelina National Forest. Come enjoy the lakes and forest of Texas. We are 30 minutes from The Woodlands =, Texas with all of its entertainment and shopping venues. We are on the west side of Lake Conroe, where all the restaurant and entertainment venues nearby. Enjoy water craft activities on the lake, forest activities, or stay at a peaceful waterfront and tenure 30 minutes to The Woodlands for Cynthia Woods Pavilion, premiere shop pint. Business travel? Enjoy coming home to the lake after your business meetings...GB fiber optic internet if you can work remotely. Spend a week working here at the lake.
