We recently stayed at Mar Luna, and everything about our visit was perfect. The ocean views were spectacular, the home was very clean, comfortable, and met every need. The location was perfect with so many amenities close by. This is a fantastic home with a special story!Leslie and Frank were wonderful to work with, and they were both very responsive. We truly enjoyed our opportunity to stay at Leslie’s family home, and hope to book another visit soon to make more memories at Mar Luna!

We LOVED our stay here! The views are stunning - we could have done nothing but look out the windows all day. We also really enjoyed walking the Asilomar Nature Preserve across the street every day. The hosts thought of everything we could possibly need for our stay and this house was convenient to so many places. We hope to come back again some day!

Home away from home. At first, you are in a VRBO, but once you have unpacked, absorbing all the love and history that this home had, and you understand why you feel so comfortable. Every room was comfortable and well suited for guest. Master bedroom was beautiful, spacious and the view was spectacular. We enjoyed every minute in this wonderful home. We had a wonderful 50th Anniversary celebration at the Asilomar which made it so convenient for family staying close by easy for quick visits and getting dressed for our event. I hope to return to his home soon; I am now spoiled!

We just returned from a birthday celebration in Pacific Grove for 3 women who have been friends since the 4th grade. The home was beautiful and steps from the Asilomar trail and a lovely cove with otters, seals and pelicans. We had coffee in the morning with our toes in the sand, walked the trail all the way to the Aquarium during the day and back to the sand for sunset. The location was perfect and the house was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

First off, the host Leslie, was incredibly responsive. Answered all queries within hours. Arrival / departure information very clear and simple. Very well equipped kitchen - pretty much anything you could ask for. Being able to park in the garage was great. Primary guest room was huge with great bank of windows across the front / corners. Pull out bed in the family room was super comfy. Again, views from the front of the home fabulous with sun going down right in front. Short, two minute walk to beach. Zero complaints - was perfect for six of us.
