My family of 4 loved this property. Very clean - well appointed, and clearly renovated with care and craftsmanship. The view of the cove was beautiful. The location was perfect - both for a day driving down to Big Sur, and a day spent in Monterey. We walked to several meals in the area (so much to choose from). Our host was very communicative, and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Jane was very hospitable and easy to communicate with. She gave great recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The check-in was easy and she showed us how the indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit worked which was very helpful.The house is exactly like the photos. It is well appointed, very clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. The house is in easy walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.I don’t often think of other places I’ve stayed that I’d love to go back to, but I’ll definitely come back here.

This house is nicely and recently renovated. It is just across the street from the ocean, with rocks and crashing waves and lovely sunsets. Many seals and their babies spend their days stretched out in the sun on the beach. The host lives upstairs and is friendly and helpful.

The location and amenities are spectacular. Richard and Jane are friendly accommodating, and responsive hosts. We truly enjoyed staying at their wonderful home. It is comfortable and inviting. The views are spectacular. and watching the ocean waves and seals on the beach with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail at night with a fire pit to keep you warm is very relaxing. We cannot wait to book our next visit here.

Wow, what a find, right on the ocean. Very well appointed and had everything you need, like at home! Owner lives upstairs and was very helpful with checkin and details about the property. We will stay again here when visiting the area. Oh, the Monterey Aquarium is within walking distance.
