New 2024 Listing. Renovated with all new furniture. Located in Cumberland Terrace in Kingston Resort. This split level villa has the living room, dining, and kitchen up half a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a day bed. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

I have been coming to this resort for the last 15 years Many things to do around here for the entire family.The resort is safe and people that come here for vacation are very nice and friendly.I think it would be nice to improve check in times and check out times.

The house was so nice! Great location in a secured community. Walk to the beach was a long walk but an easy one. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Amazing time!

This was a truly fantastic experience for my family! The residence was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing. We have never cooked with magnetic induction before but it was easy, fast, and cleaning the stove was a breeze. The homes location in proximity to the beach and to other attractions was also amazing! It was just shy of 10 mins to walk to the beach and a 15 min drive to shopping, attractions, and great restaurants. We will definitely be coming back to this place, and hopefully to this condo in particular, soon!

Our family enjoyed the condo overall. Pros: we liked that the bedrooms downstairs were cool and semi-dark in the early morning hours. The kitchen is very cute! We loved having two bathrooms. Cons: The walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected, especially in the heat. Road noise in bedrooms. I also wish there was more seating in the family room area, a couple of comfortable chairs would add to it nicely. One of the bedroom doorknobs kept falling off. Carpet in the entryway and on the stairs was stained pretty bad.

Affordable condo close to the beach

Photos are accurate and the place is no more than what you see. It’s a great value for the area. Things to note: Would be great to rent a golf cart to get to the beach, other hotels and the grocery store. You can only rent from the business onsite so make a reservation when you book the condo. You don’t have access to the local gym, courts or pool as a renter. There are plenty that you do have access to but having the golf cart makes it convenient.

Cumberland Terrace has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea.
