Located in Cumberland Terrace in Kingston Resort. This split level villa has the living room, dining, and kitchen up half a flight of stairs. There are 2 bedrooms downstair. The 3rd bedroom is a loft above the living room with a day bed. Other features you'll find are dramatic arched windows, skylights, cathedral ceiling, and fireplace. It features free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. Cumberland Terrace is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

This unit was very clean, location was great with short drives to stores, restaurants and activities. Because of the location inside Kingston we did drive to the beach, but a short 3 minute drive. My family of 4 fit very comfortably in the space. I would stay here again.

I hosted my family reunion here and it was outstanding. The only complaint I had was I had an early check in and after driving two hours was told I would have to wait three hours to get into the room.

Beach Getaway

Cute condo in Kingston Plantation with 2 bedrooms and a loft for the 3rd bed. The place offers an ideal combo of convenience, comfort and quick beach access. The location is close to shopping, attractions and lots of food within a short drive. The bedrooms were cozy. The condo had all the amenities we needed for our short stay. TV's in all rooms and common areas. Adequate supplies. Was able to do laundry when needed. Will definitely like to stay again in the future.

Vacation

Stayed at Cumberland Terrace for the first time at Kingston Plantation. LOVED THE CUMBERLAND TERRACE POOL. Very clean, relaxing and private. Perfect place to cool down from a day on the beach. The grounds were well taken care of and everyone was friendly. Quick drive to the beach with convenient parking and beach access. Condo was comfortable and relaxing. Close to everything we wanted to do. Loved being so close to the pool. Place is well managed and safe. There is a little corner walk up ice cream place on the premises with delicious treats! Open from 6pm-11pm. I would definitely stay here again. The DACK website wasn't very detailed. I would have preferred a book in the condo with information about what was close by, etc. That wouldn't stop us from renting again.

Cumberland Terrace has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
