Located in the heart of Waterhill, this home is a dream. With 5 charming bedrooms including 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 1 cozy futon, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer, shower, and a relaxing jetted bathtub. This spacious home with an open floor plan offers plenty of space for large family or family gatherings. Enjoy this remote woodsy neighbourhood in the middle of downtown Ann Arbor and have a BBQ on the private deck.

Great house for Graduation weekend

This was a great house for us to be in while celebrating Graduation in Ann Arbor. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and was in a great location that allowed us to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. It was just as described in the listing, and communication with the host was very easy.

Lots of pros but a few cons:Pros: - great location and neighborhood- very nice bathrooms and showers- comfortable beds- great space for hosting family groupsCons- No chest of drawers in any bedroom. - kitchen equipment was hit or miss. We had to buy measuring cups and spoons to do some baking. - no sidewalk to front door and the driveway was a sleet of ice. A friend fell getting up the driveway.

Family Tradition

This was the perfect place for our family! We are in Ann Arbor celebrating our yearly tradition of going to a University of Michigan Baseball and Softball game and this year we walked in the Big House 5K! One year ago we were in a hospital waiting room praying our father made it through his double lung transplant and this weekend we had the honor of celebrating with him in this amazing house!

We had a fabulous stay at this property! The host has great attention to detail. There was coffee (and filters!) in the kitchen, the bedrooms were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels for everyone, and the bathrooms are luxurious. There were 10 of us staying in the house, and no one ever felt crowded. My dad even enjoyed coffee on the back deck when it was 1 degree outside! If we ever find ourselves in Ann Arbor again, this is the first place I'd want to stay! Check in and out was easy, without a lot of YOU MUST DO THIS, YOU CAN'T DO THAT
