We had a reunion of friends to meet up, watch football, and enjoy food and hanging out. The house is great with space for 6 adult friends to be comfortable and enjoy some downtime and visiting! Would recommend 100%!

The house was very spacious and the perfect setup for the bridal party to get ready. The guys hung out in the basement, playing billiards and watching TV. It wasn't far from the airport, with all kinds of shopping and restaurants also close by. Some of the guests went to do things in Cincinnati after the wedding, as that was also a short drive. The only improvement I could suggest was that there were areas that weren't as clean as other VRBOs I've stayed in. The coffee makers, toaster, and appliances were dirty. There were definitely dusty areas. Nothing that would keep me from staying again. The bathrooms were spotless.

Great location for the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. House was very clean and all the needed appliances were provided. I highly recommend this house if you’re going to the Ark or Creation Museum.

Room for everyone

This house was perfect for what we needed. Multiple bedrooms and multiple spaces for different groups to hang out. If you are looking for a place that has great together space and smaller hang out spaces, this is perfect.

Excellent Family Home for Wedding Out of Towners

What a great house for a big group where you can all be together or spread out to smaller groups! Easy to get anywhere from Cincinnati or around Northern KY, only about 15 minutes from the airport. Lots of appliances and cooking pans, towels, and clean. Thank you!

Great house for adult families

My 3 adult children, 2 with spouses, my wife and I stayed here for 4 days and absolutely loved it as our bse location for a variety of activities from Cincinnati to Williamstown. After a lot of activity on some of the other days, we spent the vast majority of the day just relaxing together on a cold day. Three living rooms, two dining tables, and a game room gave us so many options to do things together or in small groups. The kitchen was well-equipped, too. Overall, we had zero regrets that we chose this spot, and it met or exceeded our expectations

Excellent property

Home was clean and well stocked with amenities. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Very close to grocery stores and easy access to I-75 to go back and forth to our son's wedding in Cincinnati.

Kentucky trip

We had a great time! The house was amazing. A few suggestions: more towels- we had ten people and didn’t have enough for everyone. One of the champagne glasses cracked when we were washing them. The dishwasher didn’t work, it seemed like it wasn’t getting power. One person suggested mirrors in each bedroom for getting ready and at least one full length mirror. We loved everything else about it. Thank you!!! The smoke detector downstairs was beeping and we didn’t replace the battery. .

Pleasant Stay

Our family had a pleasant stay as we came into town to visit The Ark and Creation Museum. The house is perfectly centered between both locations. It was very spacious and clean. A perfect fit for our family vacay. family's vacation

Perfect home for our stay.

The home is beautiful and very clean with many things to do for adults and kids. Kitchen was big and very well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of room for all 11 of us. Owner was very quick to respond when asked a question. Highly recommend.

Great location

Great location- close to shopping, downtown Cincinnati and the Ark Encounter. As a family, we enjoyed the large home, game room, and extra space! Airplanes do fly overhead- just be aware if you are sensitive to noise. Would recommend some new pans and pots for the kitchen.

Good house

Nice house and games great as family activity. 3 additional comments. 1.) Needs several new fry pans, 2.) Propane tank needs a gage. It ran out after 40 minutes and couldn't cook bacon next morning. Better still a second tank spare, 3.) Master mattress probably should be replaced. But over-all we enjoyed the house and staying there... and clean and nice.

Perfect Choice to Stay

This property was perfect for our needs. We were a family of 10. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Access to grocery stores so we could cook some meals were within ~2 miles of the house. We were 20 minutes from the Creation Museum, 25 minutes from the Ark Encounter, <20 minutes from the airport, and 25 minutes from Cincinnati. Make note that all 5 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. But the deck with outdoor seating, finished basement, pool table, and open seating areas were great for our family.

Ark Encounter vacation

Nice neighborhood, kitchen had good selection of pots and pans, dishes, flatware, glassware. Two fridges in house! Large outdoor grill is open so take an apron along for grilling steaks. Water park in Florence nearby so pack swimwear and beach towels!

Perfect for family time.

Our first VRBO experience and it was excellent. Our four kids wanted to spend all evening playing pool and air hockey together as a family. We picked this VRBO partially for those amenities hoping that would be the case. Having fun things like that in the home made the “down time” at the house so much fun. Perfect location between Creation and Ark. Quiet neighborhood with a Kroger right across the highway to get groceries. Master bed was very comfortable and all our kids slept great as well. Excellent communication.

Great House

This was a very roomy house with nice bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and basement. Close to the interstate, and a good middle ground for the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter.
