DETAILS: Welcome to Bon Villañ€”a 2-story home that sleeps 10 and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located within the Seagrove Beach community, south of Scenic 30A, this area is known for its laid-back atmosphere, sun-soaked beaches, and attractions like Deer Lake State Park. This cottage-style home will capture guests' hearts with its private heated pool and proximity to the beach!

Guests can gather in the open-concept great room on the main floor of this cozy home. With a large, comfortable sectional in the living area, there's space for the whole family to unwind in front of the TV. Have a group dinner at the 8-person dining table. The modern kitchen includes high-end appliances and granite countertops, with plenty of room for prepping meals and snacks. The back door in the kitchen provides access to the wide porch and backyard. Cook up lunch on the grill or relax by the pool under the Gulf sun. Enjoy the quiet seclusion of this small oasis with surrounding treetops and privacy fencing. At night, 2 guest bedrooms can be found on this floor, each with a king bed and a private bath. A washer and dryer are available in the laundry room.

For additional sleeping options, head to the second floor to find 2 guest bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The first guest bedroom has 2 full beds, and the second guest bedroom has 1 full bed. A small alcove with a loveseat in the hall provides a cozy reading nook.

Let Bon Villa play the perfect host for a Seagrove Beach adventure. There's parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway, and guests can easily discover the surrounding area using the 4 complimentary adult bikes. The closest beach access is the Eastern Lake Public Beach Access, only a 5-minute walk away. Head south on Dalton Drive. Turn left on Eastern Lake Road and continue until the road begins to curve. The access is between 471 and 493 Eastern Lake Road. Book this home today!

Nice home close to beach

Clean home, fit our group. Loved that it had a pool. Love that the house is on a sandy road. It was a little weird you had to cross a small body of water to get to the beach but wasn’t a huge deal for us. We anll enjoyed our stay and would choose this place again.

Great vacation!

We were pleased to see that all issues in the previous review had been addressed. Furniture was clean and looked new. Kitchen was well equipped and had new appliances. There was plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the pool but it needed to be serviced. We did have an issue with remote controls for the living room TV, but it was addressed quickly once we were able to contact the rental service. We were not pleased with the beach access as you must wade "through" a dune lake to access the beach from the closest beach access. Had to drive to another beach access.

Not what we expected

While this home had the space we were looking for and had a heated pool, the home did not meet our expectations. The home is older and evidently has not been listed for rent for a while. It appears they slapped a coat of paint on the outside (overspray was on everything—including outdoor furniture and pool floats). I paid in advance for the pool to be heated since we were there over spring break. When we arrived, we found the pool cold and spent countless hours on the phone trying to get it repaired so we could use it. The heater was eventually fixed but we lost two days of not being able to use it as advertised. It appears the company scrounged up some mismatched, old furniture to furnish the home. The home has not had a deep cleaning. The stove stop was filfthy and the pots and pans were old—like really old. The dishwasher did not work. The hot water in the upstairs bathroom was lukewarm at best. Research the beach access from this home, as it is not ideal. You have to cross Eastern Lake (knee deep) to get to the beach. I do not recommend this property.
