Retreat to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and stay in Happy as a Clam, a well-appointed 30A vacation home perfect for a group getaway. With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this rental can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. On top of the spacious arrangements, it also features a private pool and includes four adult bikes to utilize so you can cruise through the community!

This home towers two stories high giving each member of your group plenty of space to unpack and unwind. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a spacious floorplan including a fully equipped kitchen and living room. The kitchen comes stocked with all the utensils and equipment you may need to whip up snacks for the beach. After your day in the sun, relax in the living room watching your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV provided. Or, you might want to step outside and enjoy the gorgeous Florida weather on your private patio. Either way, Happy as a Clam is the perfect spot for relaxation and some fun in the sun.

Speaking of fun in the sun, the beach is just a short walk away! On the days you are hoping to stay close to home, take advantage of your private pool right in the backyard. Your kids will love the endless hours spent splashing around in the pool. The outdoor shower is sure to come in handy to wash away the day before heading inside. Not to mention, there is a private gas grill available for guests. This provides the perfect opportunity to spend one night in chowing down on some hamburgers and hotdogs!

30A is known for having tons of delicious dining and exciting adventure. Stop by one of the beachfront restaurants for happy hour or travel to a different 30A community and experience a change in scenery. Walton Dunes Beach access is only a quick walk away and features sugar-white sand and crystal clear waters.

Great weekend

This property was even better than expected. It felt like home and had all the amenities we were looking for. Great location, clean and felt new. Will definitely stay again!

Great house for our family of 5

We loved our stay on Eastern Lake! Our favorite part of the house was the covered living area in the back where we spent every morning and evening. If you want to stay outside of the Seaside hustle and bustle Eastern Lake is the perfect location!

Great house, but highly inconvenient policies

The house itself is beautiful and well-kept & the private pool is great. However, the rental company's policy of only providing toilet paper, trash bags, and dish soap for only 24 hours while we booked a 4 day stay was extremely inconvenient. The kitchen was totally bare (not even salt and pepper), no beach toilets despite having a pool, and no shampoo, etc. We would have preferred to pay just a bit more for these conveniences in our initial rental instead of having to pay additionally for everything a la carte. The grill also never reached past 200F and our closet doors broke the first second we got in the house. The building itself is great, but if you stay here, maybe plan for all this in advance.

For your convenience, we provide a limited starter supply that includes items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get guests through the first 24 hours. We recommend guests bring or purchase additional items for longer stays, as outlined in our guest portal. Upon review of your stay, we do see where you reported issues with the closet door and the closet door has since been fixed. Although the grill concern wasn’t reported during your stay, our team has been notified to inspect it. We value your feedback and will use it to improve the experience for future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for another enjoyable stay.
