I have to say with all the different times I have stated in Rocky Point this has been by far one of the best rentals. Everything is close to the room which made convenient. I would recommend over and over.

La Princesa Puerto Penasco

The property is very good and attractive. Location is great. However our unit E102 was lacking amenities, was quite worn with cheap furnishings, TVs that didn’t work properly and mold in the showers. Closet doors were stuck/hard to open.

Wonderful accommodations

We came down for our annual girls weekend getaway. This place is amazing! About as close to the beach as you can get! And, just steps from the pool. They do not allow the vendors to come past a certain point, so if you want to buy things, you will have to go to them. It's nice to not have to be bothered every few minutes to buy something. Condo had all necessary amenities. I will say since this is an older property, the walls are somewhat thin and we heard the upstairs neighbors a bit in the evening. Otherwise, very quiet property/condo. The pool got a bit slick with sunscreen in the afternoon. But, overall, condo and restaurant were wonderful. Highly recommend this condo/property.

Family time

This was our first time staying at the Princesa & we had a great time. The view was amazing of the pool, which was right out our front door, & the ocean. Check in was fast & easy & the room had everything we needed. Even the sofa pull out bed was comfortable. The restaurant was a big plus for us since we had little ones & didn’t want to go out for dinner after a day at the pool & beach. We were able to order & take it to the room! & the food was very good-especially the fried shrimp tacos. There was 6 of us & we had plenty of room to relax!
