2 Read St.- Professionally Managed by Coldwell Banker Premier.
The rarest unicorn you will find in Dewey Beach! One home that has everything you could need and want under one roof. All day you can enjoy the ocean views from the oceanfront deck and get lost in the ocean air. The home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths on the first floor and 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor. The owner provides all bed sheets and bath linens. The second floor has an open living, kitchen and dining area that provides access out to the waterfront deck. This is a perfect spot for family to gather and enjoy your time together. If the beach is not your favorite place to sunbathe, step right over to the pool! The owner also provides bed and bath linens. Did I mention the home is pet friendly, dog only please. What more could you want? This is a non smoking home, no smoking on the property and this includes the decks. Pet friendly with a $325 non refundable pet fee per pet, dogs only.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

We were really pleased with this rental - plenty of space for entire family (10 adults, 2 children) The location was ideal - right on the beach! Also close to all the shopping and restaurants in both Dewey and Rehoboth. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend and we definitely intend to return! P.S, Our Golden retriever loved it too!

Family reunion

Location was superb. The view from the deck every morning was special. Got to see the sunrise a number of days While drinking my morning coffee. Definitely recommend this house right on the ocean front. Just a short walk to a number of restaurants and live music.

Hs Friends Reunion - 50 years later

Everybody says, "Location, Location, Location" and this house could not be more perfect. The balcony (and the beautiful furniture on the balcony) was AMAZING. The proximity to delicious restaurants makes it very convenient. The house is roomy and cozy at the same time - plenty of alone space but never feeling lost and able to all hang out together. There was a problem with one of the sheets in a bedroom which was reported. Would definitely want to stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second year we stayed at 2 Read St. It didn't disappoint. The entire setup was ideal for my 2 adult children, spouses and children.We had a great experience with Coldwell Banker, specifically Myles Martin, who did a great job working with us on a week that worked for our schedule. We are hoping to get the same Summer 2024.
