After relaxing, don't forget to plan an excursion with so much to choose from - parasailing, snorkeling, kite surfing, jet-skiing, kayaking, boat rentals, diving and more.

The living room is furnished with high end furnishings featuring comfortable cozy sofa and chairs with seating for 10, a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure and wet bar. Abundance of natural light allows the expression of the gorgeous South Florida sunshine. Enjoy the bright and airy open-concept living area.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is all brand new. Designed and outfitted with a full stove/oven, refrigerator, and all your cookware. There is a traditional drip style coffee pot, and toaster. Additionally all your cutlery as well as all plates, bowls and cups are stocked. There are basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) for your cooking needs!

PATIO/POOL
As you step outside to the lovely private patio, you are immediately overlooking the pool and private, beautifully landscaped back yard. The Begonia Cottage covered and screened patio, is furnished with lounge couches and a dining set for up to eight people. You will surely enjoy sharing a BBQ meal cooked on the grill, or simply relax while reading a book in this space or sit pool side in a cozy loungers or under the umbrella. Just minutes away from the beach, and a short drive to the shops and dining of Delray Beach!

PARKING: Open parking in the wide private driveway. There is no garage access.

Pool heating fee is $50/day with a 3-day minimum.
Dogs under 30LBS are welcome with an added pet fee. Please let us know the breed and weight when inquiring about a pet. THERE IS A $500 FINE FOR ANY PETS ON THE PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION.
