Inside, discover a great room capped by a soaring, cathedral ceiling of rich, knotty wood. Prepare all your favorite recipes in the sunlit, full kitchen and then dine at the adjacent table - perfect for rainy day board games! For alfresco dining, step out onto the multi-tiered deck (complete with a safety gate for kids), fire up the gas grill, and enjoy meals in the shade of the soaring redwoods. Out here, twinkling string lights hang above your very own hot tub for relaxing soaks. Back inside, gather in the living area on the cozy, snuggly sofa, switch on the stone gas fireplace, and watch TV or dive into one of the many provided books. Kid-friendly extras include a Pack 'n Play, high chair, sandbox, and toys.

The lush, private yard and convenient river access make this one of the most private properties on the river.

Things to Know
The entrance to this home is on the second level. The staircase has 28 steps to get to the upstairs entrance
Due to recent flooding and erosion, river access is via a ladder and may not be suitable for all guests.
A tub insert for the shower is provided for younger visitors.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Children under three years of age do not count toward the maximum occupancy.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
