our stay was really disappointing! There was no coffee pot in the room despite the ad stating so. The walls were so thin we could hear everything from other rooms plus down the hallway and the noise from the Jets was insane overhead all night long.! disappointed this is even a listing on Vrbo

Fantastic stay

This property is very well maintained and the landscape is beautiful!! We enjoyed the pool and the tiki bar and grill with the music was wonderful we want to come back again.

Perfect!

My husband and I were visiting Florida for a wedding and needed a one night stay in Sarasota. This was the perfect place! The host was great with communication, responded in a very timely manner, and answered all our questions. Our stay was very relaxing. We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony, the food and music as well! It was also nice watching the planes fly over going to the airport. The bed was very cozy and comfortable, everything in excellent shape, and spotless!!! The pictures show you exactly what you get. The process from booking to dropping our keys off when leaving was smooth with no hassles! Would definitely stay here again! SG

Amazing atmosphere

This stay was two nights the second day we didn't even leave the area it has everything you need for just a relaxing stay with it being attached to the restaurant pool area.The best was the cleanliness it smelled amazing as soon as you walked in the Halls. The king size bed is a amazing compliment the bed feels to mold with your body. I absolutely loved the shower although for a taller person it might have been more difficult. We opted to do takeout and eat on the balcony that faces the marina I definitely recommend for a romantic evening. Larry was a great host he even offered us additional nights at a lower cost because of the cancellation we would have loved to stay but had to get back home to the kids. Great place for a mini vacay thank you.

Beautiful sunsets

Ignoring the marina damage from the hurricane, this an excellent location to sit on the balcony, listen to the music from the tiki bar and relax with a favorite beverage. Suggestion for future is to supply dish soap and dish cloth and towel. The price was right for this location.

Great value and close to the beaches

This is a great alternative to paying a premium to being on the beach. The unit has recently been update so everything inside was clean and new. The view of marina was nice and you're only 15-20 minutes away from the beach. The lobby and common areas at the Ramada are a bit dated but they're in the process of renovating them due to damage from hurricane Helene. The upside is all that will be new once done including the fitness area, lobby, etc.

A visit to Anna Maria Island

We booked this spot as a way to check out Anna Maria island for the first time. The room was clean and cozy with a pretty view of the marina. It was pretty far from island but was still doable. If visiting this area I would recommend this condo

Great deal!

Nice quiet room with a marina view. The tikibar and restaurant are great. Right by Anna Maria Oyster Bar and just a short drive to everything else. Cool spot.

Everyone is super nice. Excellent communication from the host. Super nice place with microwave, fridge, and an electric stove. Driving distance to all the nice places and beaches Sarasota offers.

A room with an excellent view!

I had a lovely week staying here, its so refreshing to be water-side 24/7 with a great balcony to take in the breeze right outside the room. Everything was perfect, the room was immaculate, the location could not be better, the onsite bar/restaurant with a full menu is great (and they have live music on the wknds), and the host is the absolute best! This place met my needs 100% and then some. I will definitely be staying again!

Was a nice stay!

The facility is an older structure but looks like they are continuously updating and maintaining. Landscaping was well maintained, and the outdoor saltwater pool was exceptionally clean. Staff was great and the food at the Tiki Bar was surprisingly good!. My wife and I will more than likely return.

Larry's condo/hotel room

The condo/hotel room is as described and has a beautiful view of the marina. It was really cool to see and hear the planes coming in/going out of the airport - not noisy at night - no worries!

Great stay

Right by the airport, so if you're a light sleeper and don't want to wake up at 6 it might be an issue. We didn't mind though and enjoyed watching the planes from the balcony. Kitchennete with full size fridge, pots and pans, plates, silverware, etc. was very convenient. Short drive to downtown Sarasota. No issues, very relaxing trip

Great view, bathroom could use real door instead of barn door concept. We stayed 10 days no cleaning service or extra sheets and towels. Only three towels . Breakfast only for hotel guests ten dollars each for others. Great experience

Beautiful View

We had a great time. The condo was clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. Literally spent hours on the patio watching boats, birds and fish jumping. The pool is nice. The tiki bar on the premises has great food and music and bingo nights without being too disruptive. If you like to walk, exit out the tiki bar parking lot, head toward the ocean and enjoy the gorgeous houses and landscaping, For golfers, we enjoyed River Run and IMG. Baseball fans, the Orioles and Pirates spring training stadiums are 1/2 hr away and Atlanta's is a little farther. The planes do come right over the property and frequency varies from day to day but things always quieted down in the evening. We enjoyed watching them. Take a trip to Siesta Beach - best sand anywhere. Any questions, call Larry. He is easy to talk to and very accommodating.
