Maison d'architecte avec piscine chauffée

Située sur 1 acre, cette merveilleuse retraite d’été de 7 chambres a des plafonds élevés dans le salon, des cheminées dans la grande salle et la chambre principale, une salle à manger et une immense cuisine gastronomique avec îlot central. Cette belle maison de 5000 pieds carrés a beaucoup de lumière, air central et une piscine chauffée de 20 x 40 avec un bain à remous. Tout cela est entouré de forêts naturelles luxuriantes. Vous ne voulez pas manquer cette occasion d'être dans les Hamptons.

L'espace

Le chauffage de la piscine est au propane et n'est pas inclus. Si vous utilisez la chaleur, le coût du propane et des recharges (sur demande) sera pris en charge par la sécurité.
Premier étage:
La chambre principale a une cheminée, télévision à écran plat une salle de bain principale avec une baignoire à jets de type jacuzzi et douche à l'italienne.

La chambre 2 dispose d'un lit king size et d'une télévision à écran plat.

La chambre 3 est l'étude et dispose d'un canapé-lit avec un matelas de taille normale.

Les chambres à l'étage sont toutes des suites avec salles de bains.
Le palier à l'étage dispose d'un balcon donnant sur le salon.

Chambre 4 a un lit king et partage une salle de bain complète avec la chambre 5, et dispose d'un balcon donnant sur la piscine.

Great Family Reunion

This property was perfect for our family reunion. Bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. We spent our days at the pool which was beautiful. Idyllic Family House

Michael's home in the Hampton Bays was the perfect spot for our family's summer gathering. The house was designed with family in mind and was so spacious and welcoming. The outdoor space is gorgeous with a covered gazebo and firepit, a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. Michael was the perfect host, always attentive to check in or help with any issues that arose and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. We would not hesitate to return for a future stay.

Even the weather was great !

This is our second year enjoying our summer family vacation at this wonderful house . It is perfectly laid out for a multi generational family . The kitchen ,eating areas and social gathering places both inside and out are very conducive to family interactions . Mike is very attentive and responds quickly and effectively to whatever hiccups naturally happen.it is very well appointed and has everything you need- and then some . Great Family Gathering

Our family has been trying to do gathering for a long time, and we had a great stay at The Villa. The house is in a nice spot in the Hamptons and had lots of space for all of us to stretch out and relax. The rooms were comfortable with great beds. All the amenities were terrific - the pool and spa in particular were a hit. Michael was a great host. He made us feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay at his property again.

Great house for end of summer trip

We stayed at this property for our annual end of summer trip with extended family. 3 kids and 8 adults, plenty of room. Had king beds in all rooms, all of which were really comfortable. Plenty of room for the kids to play inside and out and for adults to retreat when desired. Very responsive host.

Perfect family layout

Michael is a gracious host and it was a pleasure working worth him. The house and property are well laid out with a family area leading to a lovely patio and out door covered dining with an immediately adJacent large grill. The pool is a few steps further away with surrounds lounge chairs, table and both sun and shade niches. The hole backyard is tree enclosed which provides privacy and a beautiful setting. There are plenty of comfortable spacious bedrooms and a beautiful master suite with fireplace and jacuzzi. The itches is well appointed with all the appliances and accessories you will ever need. All-in -all a wonderful place only a short distance to stores, ice-cream and shopping. Enjoy. Dan Phillips

7 Pleasant days in Hampton Bay

The house and pool was clean and very spacious. Reasonably kids proof and all systems worked well. The owner was very proactive and helpful. Last minute we needed a crib and the crib was provided. The owner was always a text or phone call away. Any questions or problems that arose were resolved in a timely manner. We did not experience any of the normal traffic hassles about going from town to town. We thought it was a great location less than 10 minutes from the beach and near everything we needed.

I am a retired financial planner and real estate investor My beautiful wife Mohanie and I built this home in Hampton bays and lived here full time with our three daughters Tara, Teresa, and Sofia. We started offering short-term rentals in the summer while we traveled with the family. Recently our daughters were accepted to universities closer to NY City and we are now living full-time in Farmingdale to allow them to commute. We are offering our Villa for short-term rental year round as it is ideal for extended families to share important holidays and special occasions in one location. We are particularly gratified when we are able to decorate for the holidays and host extended families where Grandparents, children, and grandchildren can all share the same space and enjoy each other's company at meals, and around the fireplace or the pool when in season. Whether barbequing for the fourth of July or preparing a gourmet thanksgiving or Christmas dinner the family can share the best times of their lives enjoying each other in a fabulous location. Grandparents have remarked that waking up Christmas morning with their children and grandchildren opening presents by the fireplace is a memory that will stay with each of them for a lifetime. Eat well, laugh often, and love much. This is a recipe for a meaningful and happy life. So gather your family and come stay with us and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We designed our Villa to accommodate our own extended family and have had many unforgettable memories throughout the years. Our dining room has seen many happy Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners and the memories of My mom cooking with our daughters in our large gourmet kitchen for the holiday are priceless. The 6 king-size beds and the convertible sofa in the study can comfortably accommodate 13 people. Five of the six bedrooms have ensuite baths. We have a portable crib for infants. and there is also ample room for blow-up mattresses when the need arises.

I decided to build this Villa in Hampton Bays because it is at the center of all there is to enjoy in the Hamptons. Boating, sailing, horseback riding, kayaking, and the beach. All are within a few miles of the Villa. Ponquoge is an ocean beach about 5 miles from the Villa and Peconic bay's Meschutte Beach is less than 5 miles. Meschutte is a bay beach ideal for children. Meschutte's Tiki Hut is on the beach and serves food and drinks as well as great frozen Margaretta's with occasional live music.

There are too many Clubs and restaurants to list here but 6 miles east on Montauk Hwy you will find scores of upscale stores, clubs, and restaurants in Southampton village, and one of my favorite restaurants, Cow Fish, is only 2 miles from the Villa and is a regular hot spot for nightlife. It features a fabulous steak and seafood and sushi menu, on the water.

I spent my younger years traveling to the Hamptons for the wonderful beaches and the nightlife. I feel grateful for the opportunity to have lived here and share this wonderful place with my Wife and daughters. I hope to return to our Villa full-time when the girls finish college. Till then we are excited to share this beautiful home with our guests. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do and create your own priceless memories here.

The Villa at Hampton Bays is Centrally located so that by traveling a few miles in either direction you can find world-class entertainment, shopping, dining, and Beaches. The wineries are a short scenic drive along the bay to Southampton or 10 miles or so north along the bay and through farm country to the wineries on the north fork. So whether you want to take a day trip to Montauk Point lighthouse, Go Kayaking by dune road, or go fishing on a boat out of the marina, you are close to everything that makes the Hamptons the exciting place it can be. While we are known for exciting summers, Fall is a beautiful time of year to visit with us as well. The leaves are changing and the harvest is in at the farms. Pumpkin Picking is a favorite for the children in all of us and the foliage is just stunning.
