Great place to stay

The place was in a great location, only 10minutes away from old town and near the airport so it made it easy to get anywhere. The price was affordable, the place was clean and the check-in and our process was very simple.

From the start our stay was not good. The owner didn’t not give us the house code until we had already arrived. The house was less than clean, towels were few and old, didn’t seem clean. The hit water side of the bathroom faucet appeared to be ripped off the sink base and didn’t work. The backyard grass was super long, I knew we wouldn’t be able to see where our dogs pooped and didn’t want it to be tracked through the house. Contacted the owner who said the gardener would be out the next morning, never showed up our whole three-day stay. Finally talked to the mom of the owner, who was apparently the real owner, who after a bit of sparring threatened me on the phone… Sll in all a horrible experience, wouldn’t recommend it!!!

Golf trip

We had a great stay and this 3 bedroom 2 bath house was perfect for our 3 person golf vacation. The house is in a good location wjth easy access to the freeway and Old Town. It was too cold to use the pool but that is a nice addition for the warmer months. Overall, we would stay here again, especially given the price compared to other similar places.

We were promised access to property at 4. We finally reached to to manager only to apologize and say he overslept. My question who should we contact when property contact is not available when promised?Sink in master bath leaked as water was running across floor. Both bath sinks drained so slowly that we used bowls to collect water and dispose in toiletsSignificant water damage to master bath. Mold? Has this been repaired yet or tested for
