We loved this condo! It was exactly as described & very clean & comfortable. It had everything we needed. The pool area was great and never crowded. The host was easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions. The grounds were well maintained and the location was great with easy access to Murrells Inlet, Pawley's Island & Huntington Beach State Park. We would definitely stay there again when in the area. It was a great place to stay!

This was our second time staying in this property. It’s very clean, well equipped. We love the pool with the lazy river and splash pad and having easy access and parking at the beach. We will definitely return.

Amazing condo

Very clean and comfortable stay! I love the resort and all of the amenities. This condo is so tastefully decorated and very clean, with everything needed for a long weekend with family. I would 100% recommend!

Updated condo in great spot

The condo is small, nicely updated with pool area view. Clean and well stocked with essentials. The resort is lovely and it is about a 12 minute walk to private beach with large decked seating areas - there is amble parking by beach also. There are very nice nearby restaurants and several golf courses close by. A great spot all around

Great condo

Very clean condo in a community with access to the beach, indoor and outdoor pool with small lazy river, a restaurant, and Starbucks. It is an easy drive to the Marsh Walk in Murrell’s Inlet. We have stayed in this community many times in the past and this was the most well-kept condo that we have stayed in. Will definitely stay again.

Pawleys Getaway

We always come to Pawleys for a long weekend to start our Summer. This is our 3rd year staying at the Summerhouse and this condo has been the best one we have stayed at. It was very clean and well stocked!

Nice Condo with Pool View and Beach transportation access.

This condo is part of a bigger resort, and therefore has golf cart transport to the beach, which came in very handy. It was clean and the manager was very responsive. We had kiddos with us and they all had an amazing time with the pool right in the front yard.

Girls Weekend Stay

This was a place to "rest" while my wife spent time with friends going all the way back to kindergarten! It was very good. Planty of room, at this time of year a quiet location, nicely decorated, and fully equipped. My wife has some walking issues and this was very near an elevator which was perfect. Overall it was perfect.

Blessings and Graciousness

I am a single dad of two disabled young men, who has been blessed to go on quite a few 'adventures' over the years. We have been to Pawley's Island quite a few times, with this being the first in enjoying the generosity of our host, Amanda. Said from a heart steeped in appreciation, Amanda could not have made the stay (from booking thru departure) any easier/worry free. You see, traveling with large children incapable of speech, can make any 'simple' moment into a 'huh ... didn't see that one coming...' moment (smile). As the dad, packing cleaning supplies, tools, and backpack full of apologies is the status quo, with non-stop quiet prayer. (no complaints of course) Prayer is always a good thing, but thanks to the generosity of our host, this was more stress free than an hour or two at home (true story). The property was perfect; check in super easy; response to any questions was immediate; value ... unbeatable. The character of a person is revealed in how they treat those who may need perhaps a bit of help from time to time. Amanda is first class. Thank you Amanda ... and most importantly thank you God for our trip, and the amazing people we met along the way. (Even if some of them didn't desire to be met...haha ... it happens.)

Definitely Cute - Wonderful Stay!

Nicely updated condo, thoughtfully designed and perfect for the two of us! Great kitchen set-up, fully equipped. Condo is located right off of the elevator. The full access to the beach club, set up with chairs and tables, is a terrific perk, as is the pool and hot tub! A short drive (or short 15 minutes walk) will get you to the beach - we walked on the beach every morning. Amanda was easy to reach and provided clear guidance in helping us get the most from our vacation! Highly recommend this place!
