Everything was perfect! Just enough room for my family of four! The balcony overlook was amazing! Right over the marsh! We even saw a little turtle! My four year old had a fit!

Great Condo, Great Location

We enjoyed staying at this location. The condo was clean, well stocked and the owner was very nice. The location at Litchfiled by the Sea was awesome, pool, restaurants and all the amenities.

Clean and cute condo

Loved how clean this condo is! Nice little lake in front with turtles! The place is exactly how it was described..I gave it a 4 star because the beds were a bit uncomfortable!

Staying here was the best! You could do as little or have access to as much as you want. Super clean and quiet. Very comfortable accommodations and convenient to groceries, dining, and beach access. Kitchen was well stocked with all needed to fix meals throughout the day. Loved the balcony and the view of the pond and turtles - probably our favorite part. Would definitely stay again.

Great short stay

Perfect space for our short stay in the area! Myself and a group of friends were only in town for one night for a wedding. The location was extremely convenient, and the condo was great for a small group.

Great weekend getaway!

We are going a big cruise later this year but still wanted a little beach time this summer. This property was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. Plenty of room and so clean! We will definitely book again for weekend trips!

Great place to stay!

My husband, daughter (16) and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was super clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The location is very convenient to restaurants and activities on Pawleys Island. The host responded quickly when messaged with questions. The check in/out process was easy. We would book this place again when staying in the area.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

Thank you so much Joy! My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful property. Honestly loved everything about it.. impeccably clean, pretty furnishings, comfortable bed, a/c worked great. Short walk to the beach which was an added bonus. And we spent many hours on the deck in the rocking chairs! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you so much.

Beach Trip

We took a trip to the beach to celebrate Father’s Day and to visit with our daughter and grand-son. The unit was conveniently located and exactly as described. We were close to the beach and restaurants as well as the pool. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks.

Condo With Fun Extras

Stop into Guest Registration for a map of this resort so you know where everything is. Stop at the Main Gate for your guest pass. Don't miss the the beach club,. It's convenient and NICE! Bring binoculars to enjoy bird watching! A knowledge of using satellite tv would be helpful. be helpful, too.

Clean one bedroom perfect for a young family

This one bedroom adjacent to the Litchfield restaurant- Coastal Dish is a great spot for a young family. The codo was super clean, well decorated, and equipped with all the items you can forget to pack (dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper). It sits atop of cute pool that’s perfect for young kiddos- lazy river, kid pool, and lots of splash pads. It was an easy drive to the Beach Club for parking to go to the beach and a quick walk to Starbucks. Definitely a good spot for a young family! My 6 and 3 yr old were super happy!

Great anniversary Getaway

Room was super clean, had everything you need for your stay . The only thing that I wish could have been better was the Beds, They were really hard . The bedding wAs wonderful. Air conditioner worked great . Also if we could have had better directions on how to get to the beach would have been nice before checking in . But the host did text back quick telling us directions . Other then that it was a wonderful stay.

A great getaway!

Great location. Spent a couple of days at the beach. A couple of days golfing, and some time shopping. Great restaurants near by. My stepson lives on Pawleys and got reservations for dinner at Gio’s for dinner. Great Italian food. Quigleys and J Peters are our other go to places for dinner but we’ve eaten been to Rio’s, California Dreaming, and many others. Too much great food to mention. Time to fly home and diet. We’ll be back!

I am a teacher in Colorado, but also love the ocean. We ski in the winter, and travel in the summer. We have two grown children who love to travel, too. We have hosted a ski property for eight years, and were fortunate to add this beach condo in 2020.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

My husband and I spent a lot of time in Hilton Head before falling in love with Pawley's Island. We love the fact that it is quaint and not too crowded. Litchfield offers great amenities and the people in Pawley's are so nice.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

My first thought when we entered our condo was, "I could easily hang out with this view". Although we are not right on the ocean, the pond, palm trees, alligators and turtles make our view pretty unique! I also appreciate being able to walk down the sidewalk to the beach. There are no stop lights to go through; just simply follow the bike path.
