SECOND FLOOR ENTRY LEVEL
Enter into a small mudroom area perfect for hanging your coat and dropping your bag and head up the stairs to the sunny, spacious living room. The open-concept space features wall-to-wall windows with mountain top and city views. Relax in the living room with plenty of seating for your party or enjoy a meal at the dining table for eight. The breakfast bar offers additional seating and a cozy spot to chat about the day's adventures over a snack. Sliding glass doors open to a small deck with a full-sized grill and two Adirondack chairs. The kitchen provides a coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator for all of you home away from home convenience.

THIRD LEVEL
Up one small flight of stairs, find a queen bedroom with adjacent bathroom with shower.

FOURTH LEVEL
Up another small flight of stairs, come to the primary suite featuring a king bed, small deck, and en suite bathroom with separate shower and tub, plus a walk-in closet.

TOP LEVEL
A twin bedroom loft with bonus nook with two additional twin beds are just up one more small set of steps -- perfect for the kids.

This unit has one covered, designated parking space.
The location is close to Town Park and walkable to Telluride's free gondola. Central to all of Telluride s shopping and dining within blocks in any direction.

Great location and wonderful space. Perfect for four people! Kitchen was well-stocked and management was responsive when there were issues. Only problem is the windows are quite old and difficult to open.

Love this property!

This way our second spring break in a row to stay here. The location is wonderful, the home is clean and has everything you need. Lots of stairs, so probably not appropriate for small children.

Proximity to Festival

We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this condo with everything we needed from a stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and bedding to proximity to the Blues and Brews Festival. Our check in and check out experience could not have been easier.

Great spot in town

Excellent location for town and an easy couple of blocks to the gondola. Place was clean and as described in the listing. Kitchen was well-equipped. Includes a parking spot (we didn't use) and a ski locker. Hosts were great with communication. Would return!

Telluride wedding

Had a great stay in Telluride. Condo was perfect for our family of four. Great living room for relaxing in between wedding events. Perfect location for shopping / dining and short walk to gondola. Snuck out to San Miguel to fish as well.Would definitely rent again and recommend.Thank youDave from AZ

We look forward to welcoming you in beautiful Telluride! We kindly ask all guests to adhere to the following simple rules. We try to keep our rules to the bare minimum, but please keep in mind that these rules are firm & we greatly appreciate your cooperation:

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Please don't bring the party back to the condo. If we have any late night noise complaints we will have to ask you to leave. And that would be awkward & upsetting for everyone! Quiet hours 9pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we CAN smell it!). $500 fine.

3. No pets - please leave your pets at home. Guests who are found to have a pet will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund. Pets cannot be left in vehicles in parking lots. Fines begin at $500, and may be higher if damage has occurred or additional cleaning is required.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping schedule.

5. Hot tubs & Pools - Lodging In Telluride has no control over pool & hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance issues. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.

6. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds.
