Ideal for families & intimate groups. 5 BDR, 7 T&B, attic (AC), upper veranda w/ separate baths. Spacious dining, living rooms and wrap around lanai... Use of clubhouse facilities can be arranged. We have a mini "sari-sari store" in case you forgot something. Cooking utensils cookware are complete
The space
A caretaker will be on hand to welcome guests and ensure they are comfortable
Guest access
The entire home will be accessible to guests.
Other things to note
Our maximum capacity is 29 persons. Additional 500/person will be charged in excess of 20 persons.
We are also requiring the complete list of guests and vehicle details for endorsement to Admin Office a week before check in.
