Built in 2014, the 3,500 sq. ft, home features soaring ceilings, large windows with views from every room, a dining area that seats 6, living room with a gas burning fireplace, and breakfast nook. It has been beautifully designed and decorated with an eclectic mix of hill country elegant furnishings, accent pieces, Oriental rugs and original art. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks’ haven as it boasts a GE 4 burner stove, grill and griddle with double ovens, wine cooler, and a large 11’ island and granite counter tops. The kitchen adjoins the spacious family room with views to the pool area.

The large sliding glass doors in the living room look out on the outdoor seating area with gas fireplace, flagstone patio, pool and gorgeous hilltop views. The outdoor furniture is beautiful as well as comfortable. The covered outdoor kitchen area includes a gas grill, refrigerator and sink. It is perfect for dining outdoors or lounging while you sip on a glass of wine and chat about your day's experiences. Relax by the pool or take a dip to cool off from the Texas heat. Enjoy sitting in the brand-new Master Spa 6 person hot tub, conveniently located on the master porch directly off the master bathroom. Or shower in the outdoor shower while enjoying a gorgeous sunset.

The beautiful Master suite looks out to the pool area and the valley beyond. It includes a king bed and a huge California walk-in closet. The large bathroom features an oversized tub, a double head shower and double vanities. During your stay, you will have access to stay in the master suite as the only bedroom, but enjoy the entire home all to yourself. There will be no other guests on property during your stay.
