Very nice place to stay. Beachside. Close to good food and activities. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances. The master bedroom mattress was pretty hard. The building needs another set of elevators (only 2 elevators for the whole building.) but other than those couple little things it was a very nice facility.

There were a few issues with the unit. The rug in the living room was absolutely disgusting. The outside rug smells like cat urine. Closet door in master bedroom is broken. The medicine cabinet doors in master bedroom will not stay closed. There were a couple stains on the couch. The master bedroom bed was extremely hard as well as the pillows. The owner that is directly above the unit we stayed in (712) smoked Marijuana multiple times a day on the balcony and the smell was very strong, we would have to go inside off the balcony. The resort said they could not do anything about it even though they have a no smoking policy period, because it was a owner. The only good thing about this unit was the location and beautiful view when we were able to utilize the balcony.

We’re especially sorry that the marijuana smoke from the neighboring unit prevented you from enjoying the balcony. We understand how frustrating that must have been. Family Vacaction

Condo 712 was as advertised, well appointed with a consistent beach theme. Updates after Hurricane Ian around the pool area very nice. Beautiful weather. Staff at Waters Edge was very easy to work with, quick and efficient check in and an answered all our questions. We can't wait to return.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Relaxing, fun. We are fast realizing that Oct rentals are all about construction and repairs to the property. Elevators have always been a problem, in keeping them running, and this year was no different. With that said, rates for October should even be lower if all the repairs are being completed in Oct.

We do apologize for the inconvenience of building updates during your stay. Unfortunately, the HOA does have to do updates to the building during the off season to keep the building looking fresh and in working condition for the guests. We are glad that you were able to relax and have some fun during your trip. October is one of the best months to visit the beach with cooler weather and less crowded.

Location Beach View wonderful All the furniture was great and the decor was just fun and cheerful. Definitely a great family couch and great tv! The beds slept well soft and not too bad being it was not my own bed at home. Kitchen had everything you have at home plus a airfrier. We arrived late and all arranged to get our keys and bands for pool was smooth. The only issue was resolved when the next day. Because it had been vacant for quite a while the deck furniture was dirtttttyyy and they came to clean so all was good. I also find the air handler above the dryer needs more of a regular clean as all the air is pulled thru that area. It was cleaned soon my request. So management was accommodating.

This was a last-minute rental after our original accommodations fell through, and it turned out to be a blessing!The location was perfect—right on the beach with beautiful views and stunning sunrises. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of towels and beach toys. The pools and hot tubs were a huge hit with our boys, and we appreciated the security staff who ensured the amenities were reserved for guests.What truly stood out was the office team. When we arrived around 3 a.m., we discovered a leak under the kitchen sink. Unfortunately, water had been sitting there and had developed an unpleasant odor. First thing the next morning, I visited the office, and they immediately took action.Despite it being a holiday weekend, they cleaned up the water, addressed the odor, left a bottle of Febreze, and had a plumber there by lunchtime. The leak was fixed, and the sink and dishwasher were working again. They even called when they couldn’t reach us by email to make sure we were comfortable with the plumber entering while we were away.Their responsiveness, communication, and genuine concern turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one. Situations like this can completely change the tone of a vacation. Instead of remembering “ smelly leak condo” we’ll always remember this as our amazing oceanfront beach trip. The way the staff handled the situation made all the difference.Thank you
