Floral Villa Condos are one the best kept secrets south of Myrtle Beach. If you are looking for a quiet family beach condo just steps from the sand you have found it! The Anchor Holds, is a 2nd row ground level condo with all the amenities, just minutes from all that Myrtle Beach has to offer!

BEACH TIME!!
Step outside your ground level condo and take a 1min walk across the street to one of the many community beach accesses in Surfside! The board walk provides a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the views over a cup of coffee as tides roll in and out. Enjoy family time at the beach. No room to pack the umbrella, chairs, and toys?...We have you covered! Located in the condo storage closet you will find all your beach accessories for adults and children!! (6 chairs/ large umbrella/ beach toys) After an evening at the beach...outdoor showers are provided at the board walk and by the condo pool!

Pool Time!!
Step out the sliding glass door and you are a few skips through the beautiful lawn away from one of the best pools in Surfside Beach!! This 3ft-8ft pool has provided so many memories for our family. From grilling out by the pool to watching our Grandson learn how to swim underwater for the first time; We are confident you will love the pool as much as we do!
- Pool closes at 10:00pm. All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied at all times while in pool area.

DINNER TIME!!
There is no better way to enjoy family than over a great meal! We love to grill! A charcoal grill is provided at condo and can be used in the yard away from the condo units. Eat outside around the private patio furniture or go inside and join family around the dining table. The kitchen provides you all the essential pots, pans, and utensils needed to create that perfect vacation meal! Forgot those essential spices at home? No problem...we have sought to provide all common spices in the kitchen. A newly installed stove should make breakfast and dinner a breeze!

FAMILY TIME!
If it’s not at the beach or pool, our family loves to enjoy movies and games around the condo when we are not out exploring what Surfside and Myrtle Beach have to offer! Make yourself at home and enjoy board games, cards, and movies provided. We also have you covered with high speed wireless internet, cable TV and Roku for those who need a ‘work getaway’!!

BED TIME!!
When it’s time to settle down for some shuteye, rest assured everyone will be comfortably accommodated! Our bedrooms have included linens and rooms have been decorated to make you feel right at home!!
-The master bedroom, with its king bed and private bathroom, is the perfect romantic retreat each night.
-Bedroom #2 provides two twin beds for kids or those visiting to make forever memories on your family vacation.
-Bedroom #3 provides another private get away including a queen bed for additional adults or children!

2 FULL BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms provide a tub/shower, toilet, sink. - Bathroom #1 is located privately in the Master Bedroom.
- Bathroom #2 is located down the hall between bedrooms.
4 bath towels and wash cloths provided in each bathroom. Feel free to bring your own!

WASHER/DRYER
If your family is like ours...we over pack! Washer and dryer are provided in condo to lessen your packing needs. No worries in having fresh clothes, towels/wash clothes throughout your stay!

Consumable items are not provided. We recommend you bring the following items: toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, dish soap, dishwasher soap, body soap, shampoo, lotion, beach towels, large kitchen trash bags, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, personal spices, coffee, tea, sugar, creamer. Although, some of these items may have been left by previous guests.

This is a smoke free, pet free home

COVID 19
We care about your peace of mind! We want to put your mind at ease by assuring you we have put our cleaning needs in the hands of the professionals. Before each new rental our professional cleaners complete a deep clean of entire condo, giving special attention to high touch areas such as door handles, light switches, kitchen handles, toilets etc. Fresh linens and towels will also be provided for each family that enters The Anchor Holds!

Pest Control: Lanes Pest Control professionals spray units the second Thursday every 3 months!


PAYMENT POLICY:
-50% due at booking. Full balance due 14 days before arrival.
- $400 refundable damage deposit included in booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
- 100% refund if cancelled 14 days prior to arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled within14 days prior to arrival.
-No refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival.

Floral Villa Condos Regulations:
-Max occupancy 8 persons per unit. 2 parking spots are allotted per unit.
- No boats, trailers, golf carts should be parked on property.
- No grills permitted on patios/balconies
- No pets!
- Parents are responsible for children. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied outside after 10:00pm and at all times while in pool.
- Tents, canopies, umbrellas not permitted in courtyard .
- Quiet must prevail at all times, particularly after 11:00pm. Be considerate of neighbors at all times.
