This was a great condo. The view is spectacular and is the best part about the property. It has been recently updated and has everything that you will need my family of four enjoyed five nights there.

The beds could use new mattresses. Otherwise the property was well furnished. The cleanliness did need a little extra cleaning. I would definitely book again

We were running late for check in. Our host realized we would be late and made sure everything we would need was in the room and we were given the code for the lock all by text. The host gave us a 24-hour phone to get in touch with her if we had any problems. Everything went smooth on getting in the very clean condo with a beautiful view on the beach from our private balcony. One small maintenance problem we had while there was taken care of very quickly. We will look for this unit again on our next trip to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and well maintained resort. Our condo was also clean and modern. If I have a complaint about the condo it would be the beds. My only complaint about the resort is the ridiculous rules regarding placement of your own umbrella in front of the rental umbrellas.

This one particular sure could use a new mattress though.

Nice , but not as nice as previous years

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is amazing. Views are breathtaking. Amenities are great! The bed sheets had two brown streaks on them so not sure they were clean. The room smelled a little musty compared to previous years. Water in showers were like warm. The room was ok but was a little dark/outdated looking. Grout looked dirty. Overall the room was ok. The elevator update was very frustrating. Only worked sometimes. Staying on the 10th floor was ok for me to use the stairs but I have a child with asthma and we had to stop multiple times just to get to the top so she could catch her breath. Long wait times. I’ve been staying at WER for years. This was probably the worst my stay has been and it wasn’t as bad as it could have been . I would stay again.

We do apologize for any inconveniences with the elevators during your stay and appreciate your patience and understanding. We would have gladly tried to address any of the condo issues that you mentioned if you would have let us know. All condos are individually owned, so they are all decorated and stocked differently.
