Ce condo est situé dans le quartier familial et convivial de Garden City Beach, juste au sud de Myrtle Beach. Ce condo de deux chambres est situé dans le Royal Garden Resort, de 16 étages. Le Royal Garden Resort dispose d'une grande piscine extérieure et intérieure et d'un bain à remous. Il y a une salle de jeux sur place avec des jeux pour tous les âges. Les draps sont inclus dans la réservation et peuvent être échangés tous les jours contre des draps frais. L'enregistrement s'effectue sur place pour une commodité simple et rapide.
La station dispose d'un bar de la plage et un grill familial. Le Beach Bar and Grill est un endroit idéal pour savourer un choix rafraîchissant de liqueurs haut de gamme, de vins, de bières importées et nationales, tout en surplombant le magnifique océan Atlantique. Nice clean condo, just wish we had know about the beach restoration going on in front of the condo. We still had a very nice stay and enjoyrd being right on the beach. Great location will rent here again.

Great Stay!

Our family loved how close we were to the beach! We didn’t have to trudge across sand dunes getting to a spot on the beach! The condo was great! It was clean and well supplied with everything needed for cooking! We look forward to returning next year for a longer stay!!!

Hot water was the biggest problem. Ice maker didn’t work. Wasn’t enough hot water for showers without a 30 minute wait between showers. Or get wet turn off the water. Soap up the rinse

My wife and I decided last minute to take a quick trip to Myrtle Beach and this unit met our needs in every way. It was clean, the views were amazing and the staff at Seabreeze were very accommodating. Even got us in earlier than the check-in time. We had a great stay and would not care to stay here again on our next trip.

Amazing Time!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing time with our rental. It was clean and an amazing view of the ocean. The building was older but the owners took care to have little things to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, bathrooms clean and we loved the balcony. Small items like the touch lights on the bedside table was very nice and a place to put my jewelry was very helpful. We had an issue with the icemaker and the property management company took care of this right away and worked with our schedule to make the repairs. We've been to Myrtle Beach many times and this was our first time staying in Garden City. It was nice, clean and not as busy as North MB or MB. Over all we had a great stay and would go back again.

Had never really considered it before because it had so many units. We were quite pleased with the unit with its reasonable price as well as the flexibility to rent for less than 7 days. We arrived late Wednesday night and the after hours key pickup was quite smooth. Impressed with the very fast elevators which is important given building size. Weather was decent; food in Murrells Inlet fabulous as always. Would definitely recommend.

Unit 515 was a great place to stay

First time in unit 515. Great end unit that met our needs. It was evident that the vacuum had been run but the carpet could use a deep cleaning as our kids feet got dirty walking barefoot in the room. Some of the ceiling tile paper was starting to come loose. None of these things were a problem and we would stay there again.

Sad Experience

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had reservation for 508. Ceilings were very dirty and falling down. Wallpaper falling off the walls, overall dirty. Office gave us 1214. Smelled like chemicals when entered. Stayed the night and woke up congested and clothes smelled of cigarette smoke. Then moved again to 515, very nice. Can't believer they moved us to 1214 as they knew there was a problem with that room. We had to do laundry to get the smell out of everything.
