Evelyn was excellent to work with. Very responsive and kind. While the apartment was nicely decorated, I did feel the bathrooms and kitchen areas could use a deep clean. The bedrooms and living rooms were very clean and neat. The yellow chairs at the kitchen table were comfortable, but stained.

We were able to stay less than 10 minutes from family. Convenient location to get to the zoo and six flags as well. Great place to rest after eventful days!

did not realize it was an upper, have knee issues so that was a bummer, but limited our ins and outs. beds were very comfy, especially master bed. no cable tv only streaming so we were out of luck with the World Series and it was disappointing to my family, but I should of been more aware of that in amenities. Host definitely made you feel welcome. Prime location to zoo, airport, Riverwalk, etc

Perfect location

We came for Navy graduation. It was right beside the base. We did have to go around to get in but it wasn't a bad drive. We were surprised when we opened the door to stairs. It is a top apartment. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

My only problems were oven didnt work. Everytime I lowered the a.c at night it was turned back up. Controlled via NEST. Prefer it cold while I sleep not while im out at Sea World. Also internet was down had to use my mobile Hotspot. Other

Nice accommodations

The location of the Vrbo was nice. It took longer to get to the base than we had thought since we had to go around the base to get to the gate. But it was an easy drive. We were surprised by the stairs going up to the rooms. My sister and I are over 60 and it was a little challenging going up the stairs with suitcases. But the upstairs apt was very nice and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with plates and equipment, TV was easy to use, it was a very quiet location and the beds were comfortable. We had great communication with our host. It was nice to not stay at a hotel since we had more room and privacy. FYI There were no gas stations or grocery stores nearby.

Great location- good budget friendly choice

Overall, this property suited our needs while in town for 5 days for a tournament. It is located in a safe neighborhood right across from the base (although entry is not on this same side). For us, this property was perfectly situated near all major attractions. We never drove more than 15 minutes in any direction. This property is within walking distance to the Botanical Gardens! You also can hear Reveille (faint) on weekdays. Reminder: No laundry, dishwasher, nor ice-maker.Cons: *This is a 2nd floor unit, so there are stairs to enter as soon as you open the door. Not an issue for us, but we feel it should be mentioned in the property description.*Not the cleanest, but livable. Couch was very stained (we placed blankets over it to sit on), as was the shower curtain. A lot of artificial decor and the plants were especially dusty. We gave the table, counters, etc. a good wipe down when we arrived. *Like any connected unit, you can hear everything outside and in the adjoining units, but it was often quiet.Pros: *Excellent and convenient location*Ample parking right by your entry door *Excellent heating and cooling to maintain preferred temps*Comfy pillows and beds*Abundance of kitchen supplies*Rugs throughout which appeared clean if guests continue to place their shoes on the rack at the top of the stairs upon entering*Lots of conveniences like large closet, furniture to place all your belongings, a desk in one of the bedrooms*Budget friendly rental option
