This is a wonderful place to stay. It felt like a home and comfortable. With my three kids it had games for different ages. The communication was wonderful. The location is spot on to see the main attractions that San Antonio has, that bring people there.

This house was spacious for our family of five, had comfortable beds, and anything you could need. We especially appreciated that you can drive to the Pearl without even having to get on I-35! It was a great central location which allowed us to be close to downtown attractions without staying on the Riverwalk.

Sitting areas were uncomfortable/could be replaced. Aka dining room chairs and large sofa. Pictures of backyard and neighbor could have been shared. Lawn up keep needed attention. A lot of stray cats were in backyard. No grab bar in shower. The property was very clean and inviting with a pleasing outside howerer the neighbor was less appealing.

While we were surprised by the rating, we truly value input like yours as we work to maintain our standard of excellence established over 35 prior reviews. Our lawn maintenance is performed every 15 days, though with the heavy showers we’ve received recently (you may have not been aware), growth has increased faster than usual. While we cannot include photos of neighboring properties or control local cats, we appreciate your feedback. We will be evaluating your opinions about the furniture in the next few days. Our property is located in the Government Hill neighborhood near downtown San Antonio less than 2 miles from the Alamo and very close to the Pearl brewery complex. Safe neighborhood with easy access to all of the major highways in San Antonio.
