Lots of space, great utilities (washer and dryer). Rooms were very clean, loved having a TV in each. Ac and fans were great to have at night. Quiet location from the beach and central of town. Easy checking and great security. Had ambient lighting for the living room and a very comfy couch.

Great place to stay for a family trip to Port A! We had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. We were able to enjoy the pool multiple times with only a few other people there. The beach was a quick car ride away. During our stay we were even able to see the kites on the beach at the Kite Festival including the lighted night kites-very cool! The hosts were quick to respond to any questions that we had! Would definitely stay here again!

Easy access to the property. Once we arrived, house was in tip-top shape & very clean. Pool was just a few houses down. Overall great experience, already planning another trip very soon!

The Beach house was very clean, all Bedrooms are upstairs. Our family was very comfortable at this Beach house. Parking was a bit tricky there is only room for 2 cars or 1 car and 1 golf cart at the beach house, however there was overflow parking located near the doggy areas.

Pet friendly, pool is two doors down. The "starter" toiletries were plenty for our family of 7 for 4 days. Pool towels available, just bring beach towels. Easy to find and close to everything. Very clean, enough pots, dishes, cups for us all. Overall a wonderful experience

Lovely Family Getaway

Latitude Adjustment was exactly as we expected. The house is large and comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bed in the primary bedroom was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in on vacation.We enjoyed the outdoor space and having a safe area to walk our dog. The pool was heated but was still pretty chilly - that's to be expected in December! Everything we could need was a short drive away. We'll stay here again!

The city was packed for Father’s Day, the property was great and just a couple of doors down from the pool. The area has changed so much since I was last there. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.
