Welcome to Old Town Cottages - your gateway to the perfect Port Aransas getaway! Nestled in the heart of Old Town, our 18 charming cottages await to provide you with a memorable vacation experience. Each of our 18 individual cottages offers a comfortable and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, accommodating up to 8 guests. Our cottages are centered around a tranquil courtyard, where you'll find a shared pool, charcoal grills, picnic tables, a pool house with 2 restrooms, and ice/vending machines. Feel free to unwind, grill up some delectable meals, or just enjoy quality time with your loved ones. We understand that your four-legged family members are important too. Old Town Cottages are pet-friendly, so your furry friends can join in on the fun. As an added bonus, each cottage comes with a 4-seater golf cart for the duration of your stay. It's an excellent way to explore the town and easily reach the beach, making your vacation even more enjoyable. Old Town Cottages are ideally situated within walking distance of charming shops, delicious restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Port Aransas. When it's time to hit the beach, a short golf cart ride will take you to the pristine sandy shores of the Gulf Coast. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a friends' getaway, or a reunion, Old Town Cottages are the perfect choice. You can rent multiple cottages to accommodate large groups while enjoying your private spaces.

The cottages were conveniently located near the fishing piers and restaurants.The cottages are modern, bright and nicely decorated. The beds and even the bunk beds were soft and comfortable and we all slept well. Enjoyed the AC. It worked great.!Communication with the leasing office was exceptional. I was impressed with the fast response and care.We will definitely book again!

This was a great place to stay in old town. It was nice to have the golf cart ready and on site. Didn’t have to worry about picking it up or returning it. The pool was nice, and it was great that they had pool toys inflated and in the pool for my kids to play with. Great location for everything you wanna do, including a short drive to the beach.

Host was super responsive, unfortunately another unit took our golf cart by mistake but it was recovered and returned to us within an hour of reporting it. Great area, super close to bars/restaurants. Parking can be tight so do not plan to park more than one car during your stay. Overall 10/10 would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a great layout for our family with children. The included golf cart was a huge bonus and made getting around so easy and fun.One thing to note is that the unit is on the second floor, so you’ll need to carry luggage and any baby gear up the stairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something future guests should be aware of. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing getaway. PS - Barefoot beans for coffee and Port A creamery for ice cream are down the street & easy to get to on the golf cart!

Property was very clean and just as described. This was a second floor cottage, which didn’t bother us but may not be suitable for all families. The golf cart was a definite plus as it would be a long walk with all our beach stuff so it was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again, the location is very convenient to shops and restaurants (which are easily walkable too).

Great location, clean property, and the golf cart access made getting around Port Aransas easy and fun. Property management was friendly and answered the phone quickly when we called.Our biggest issue was a fire alarm that started beeping the first night. We reported it around 6PM, while management was responsive, the problem was never resolved. A note was left on our door at 10:55 PM asking us to call and reschedule maintenance, even though we had already given permission to enter while we were at dinner and a local bar (giving them plenty of time to fix it). When we returned the alarm started was still beeping. We never received any follow-up.One tip for future guests: reserve any complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, or rental credits well in advance. We placed our reservation online while driving down before our 4:00 PM arrival, and it was accepted with no problem. When the chairs didn’t arrive the next day, we were told there is a 48-hour wait and that we had missed the 2:00 PM cutoff because the company operates on Eastern Time. The chairs weren’t available until the day before we left/checked out. I’d recommend bringing your own beach gear or reserving rentals well before your travel day.Overall, we enjoyed Port Aransas and made the most of our trip. We’d consider staying again if these were simply isolated bumps.

Very misleading with the “pet friendly”, even in the fine print it stated pet friendly, it wasn’t until the very bottom of the listing it mentioned up to a certain weight. Property was in a good, convenient location though. Did have a couple things stolen out of our golf cart overnight but was pretty sure it was from kids who were staying at the property.
